The ATMA Syllabus 2026, as per the official AIMS document, covers three areas: Analytical Reasoning Skills (9 topics), Verbal Skills (6 topics), and Quantitative Skills (15 topics). These are tested across 180 MCQ questions, with a 3-hour total duration for the ATMA 2026 exam.

The ATMA 2026 admit card for the August exam will be released on August 5, 2026 on the official website atmaaims.com. Candidates can download it using their PID and password. On exam day, candidates must carry the ATMA admit card, ATMA application form, and a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport or Driving Licence) to be allowed entry into the test centre.

ATMA exam is conducted four times in 2026. The exam dates are February 22, 2026; May 3, 2026; July 12, 2026; and August 9, 2026. Candidates can appear for multiple attempts in the same year to improve their score, and the best score can be used for MBA admissions to AIMS member B-schools.

ATMA 2026 scores are accepted by 200+ MBA, PGDM and MMS colleges in India, including IBA Bangalore, SIES Mumbai, and IPE Hyderabad. ATMA is recognised by AICTE and the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The ATMA 2026 exam pattern consists of 180 MCQ questions across 6 sections — two each on Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills, and Quantitative Skills — with 30 questions and 30 minutes per section. Total duration is 3 hours. The marking scheme awards +1 mark for each correct answer and deducts 0.25 mark for each wrong answer; unanswered questions carry zero marks.

The eligibility criteria for ATMA 2026 requires a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC-recognised university. Final-year graduation students and Chartered Accountants (CA) are also eligible to apply. There is no upper age limit prescribed by AIMS for ATMA 2026.

The ATMA 2026 registration last date for the August exam is August 3, 2026 (17:00 hrs), and the last date for fee payment is August 2, 2026 (23:59 hrs). The ATMA 2026 exam fee is Rs. 2,000, payable by debit/credit card, net banking or UPI. Women candidates get a 25% concession (Rs. 1,500) and candidates from North Eastern states get a 50% concession (Rs. 1,000).

ATMA 2026 July exam will be conducted by AIMS on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in computer-based mode. Candidates must report at the test centre by 1:00 PM. The exam is held across ~30 cities in India. Admit card download begins on July 8, 2026, and the result will be released on July 18, 2026.
