Ranked 66, in NIRF Ranking 2024 among top 125 management institutes, LIBA offers its flagship 2 years full time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to MBA.
LIBA has a consistent record of 100% placements since inception. In Placements 2024, LIBA has registered highest salary package of Rs 21 LPA and average salary at Rs.11 LPA. Students are placed in 14 distinct industries for Final Placements. More than 50 companies participated in Final Placements. The PGDM 2021-23 batch at LIBA received a total of 177 placement offers out of which 20% of them were PPOs. The average package at LIBA Chennai saw an increase of 7.1% to Rs. 11.6 LPA while the highest package offered was Rs. 20.5 LPA. A total of 59 companies including 21 new recruiters participated in LIBA Placements 2023.
