Admission Process

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences MA (HRM) admission process for 2025 has the following steps:

Step 1: Apply & appear in an acceptable MBA entrance exam (such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerala KMAT).
Step 2: Apply separately for Rajagiri College of Social Sciences MA (HRM) admission, meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria.’
Step 3: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the parameters mentioned in the ‘Shortlisting Criteria.’
Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round.
Step 5: Final selection of the candidates will be based on the following parameters: MBA entrance exam score, GD-PI score, work experience, and prior academic performance. Post selection, final offers will be rolled out.

Eligibility Description

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences eligibility criteria for admissions are as follows:

  • A pass in any bachelor’s degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree from any other recognized university.
  • A minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for Science and Technology subjects and 50% marks for other subjects.
  • Alternatively, a master’s degree Examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
  • SC/ST candidates require only a pass in any bachelor’s degree Examination. A valid score in a national or international management entrance exam such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerela KMAT.

Selection Process
Selection Process Description

All candidates applying to Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria’ will be considered for the admission process. Candidates must have taken any one of the applicable entrance exams, i.e., CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or Kerala KMAT.

Candidates will be shortlisted for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round based on the ‘Shortlisting Criteria’ mentioned above. After clearing the shortlist, candidates will undergo the GD-PI. The Group Discussion evaluates candidates' ability to discuss and present ideas and the Personal Interview assesses candidates' technical knowledge and behavioral competency.

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences follows a holistic selection process when selecting students. Therefore, the final selection will be based on the total marks achieved by the candidate, considering the following parameters:
