The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management (MA in HRM) is a two-year, full-time program spread over four semesters, including a summer internship. The first two semesters establish a strong foundation in management fundamentals and functional areas, while the third and fourth semesters focus on in-depth Human Resource Management knowledge. Rajagiri College of Social Sciences eligibility criteria for admissions are as follows:
- A pass in any bachelor’s degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree from any other recognized university.
- A minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for Science and Technology subjects and 50% marks for other subjects.
- Alternatively, a master’s degree Examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
- SC/ST candidates require only a pass in any bachelor’s degree Examination. A valid score in a national or international management entrance exam such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerela KMAT.
