IMC believes that success and impact of B-school Alumni is the best representation of the value of Indian management education. Every year, IMC Conclave has awarded the IMC Distinguished Alumni Award (IMC DAA) to an outstanding CEO or Founder of leading corporates. 

After two rounds of highly competitive presentations, eminent jury from IITs, XLRI, IIMs selected Papers by Aindrila Chatterjee & Tulika Sharma as Winners of the prestigious IMC-IRC Best Paper Gold Award 2024.

Jury also announced Neethu Ismail and Lishin M. Joshy as winner of the IMC-IRC Best Paper Silver Award 2024. Pooja Jain and Yukti Ahuja won the IMC-IRC Best Paper Silver Award 2024. IMC-IRC 2024 theme was ‘Advancing Management Education.'

The 14th edition of INDIAN MANAGEMENT CONCLAVE (IMC) 2024 was organized by MBAUniverse.com and hosted by XLRI Jamshedpur on September 20-21. IMC 2024 witnessed a confluence of 25+ distinguished speakers including AICTE Chairman, AACSB International Asia Head, CXOs from ITC, UBER, Axis Bank and KPMG and Directors from IIMs, IITs, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI… The key highlight of IMC 2024 was competition held for IMC Awards for Excellence in Management Education, popularly known as IMC Awards.

During his inaugural address at IMC 2024, Dr Sitharam said, “I compliment Indian Management Conclave Founder Amit Agnihotri for publishing very relevant papers on management education.
