NMAT by GMAC: Late registration closes today on Oct 12; no further opportunity exists to get NMIMS in 2017

Late Registration for NMAT by GMAC will close today on October 12 and now only few hours are left to apply for the MBA entrance exam that will lead to MBA in NMIMS, XIMB and other 18 institutes and universities across the country. NMIMS will not accept the scores of any other exam except NMAT by GMAC. No further extension in late registration process for the exam is proposed.

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies(NMIMS) offers MBA at its four campuses at Mumbai, Shirpur, Bangalore and Hyderabad, with a total intake of 800 students in flagship MBA programme.

CAT 2016: Website shut for 24 hours on October 9 & 10; Recheck your application data

CAT 2016 website remained down and out of reach of the aspirants for more than 24 hours due to maintenance activity from October 9 to October 10. CAT 2016 aspirants are suggested to login to the website now and check and match all the data submitted or corrected in their application form.

There was no such earlier announcement but it came suddenly on October 8 stating Due to planned upgrade activity, applications will not be available from: 08:30 PM IST on 9th-October-2016up to 10:00 AM IST on 10th-October-2016.

AICTE is shifting stand on conduct of CMAT 2017 every now and then. Till yesterday it was 2 days exam and now it is 1 day exam. As per the revised notification, CMAT 2017, the second yearly CMAT is proposed to be conducted on January 28, 2017 in single session only. Earlier it was announced that the exam will have 2 days test window of January 28 & 29, 2017. Now, at 5PM on October 6, 2016 AICTE has changed January 29 as the Reserve day which means that only in dire emergency second day will be used as test day otherwise CMAT 2017 will be over in a single session on January 28.
