2157 shortlisted candidates shall have to appear for Extempore and Personal Interview round at the North Campus of University of Delhi for admission to MBA 2016-18 batch at FMS Delhi from April 12 to 18, 2016.

FMS Delhi has declared the shortlist for MBA 2016-18 batch comprising 2157 candidates who will attend PI round for admission to 216 seats. The shortlist was announced around 5PM on March 15, 2016 for MBA full time final admission round. The next stage of admission round is proposed to begin on April 12 and would continue till April 18, 2016.

MBA Placements in 2016 have broken all previous records and as compared to any other post graduation programme MBA/PGDM from a good B-school has proved to be more fruitful. Not only the final placement 2016 has been completed and closed in most of the B-schools with higher salary packages highest, average and the minimum also, more pre-placement offers as well as the summer placements in many new B-schools have recorded higher stipend than offered earlier.

Strong demand for MBAs

After inclusion of JBIMS in the CAP round for admission to MMS 2016-18 batch, interest of the candidates registered for MAH CET 2016 has gone up. However, State CET Cell that conducted MAH CET 2016 also tapped the opportunity by placing twisted and tricky questions in the last session of exam held from 2PM to 5.30PM on March 13, 2016.

Out of 75000 registered candidates for MAH CET 2016, fewer candidates took the test on March 12, 2016 across 40 test cities in India. The first day of computer based on line MAH CET 2016 in revamped mode of sections with highest number of questions in reasoning test called for more time to solve the questions. On the top of it, more questions on RC passages also needed more time to attempt the exam.

MICA Ahmedabad, Indias Premier Institute of Strategic Marketing and Communication, has announced a new leadership structure. Mr. Madhukar Kamath, Chairperson of the MICA Governing Council, has taken over as the President of MICA. He will work closely with Dr. Preeti Shroff, Academic Dean, MICA.
