Xavier School of Management (XLRI),one of Indias premier B-Schools, completed the summer placements 2015 for its largest ever first year batch 2015-17 in record time yet again. The entire batch of 360 students at XLRI obtained internship opportunities in a span of only 2.5 days.

The recruitment drive saw 95 companies participating in the process with 92 of them making offers to a batch of 360 students.

The marking scheme announced for CAT 2015 has 3 marks for every correct answer and 1 mark deducted from your credit score for every wrong answer. This year in CAT 2015 there will also be questions which will have no negative marking but their number will be very few.

Paper pen based format in SNAP test is proposed to continue not only for SNAP 2015 but for future exams also till the zero error in computer based format especially while copying the Data Interpretation questions is ensured. According to Dr R Raman Convener SNAP 2015 & Director SIBM Pune SNAP 2015 will be a paper-pen based exam and most probably SNAP 2016 would also be paper-pen based.

Since 2010 Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR) in CAT have remained clubbed with Quant and Verbal Ability sections. CAT 2015 is going to be the first exam having created a separate section on DILR with 32 questions of MCQ and Non-MCQ type.

You will be allotted 60 minutes to solve 32 questions in this section equally divided as 16 DI and 16 LR questions appearing in sets as well as individual questions.
