MAT May 2014; Paper pencil over with moderate difficulty; Get ready for CBT
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) in paper pencil mode was conducted on May 4, 2014 across the country with the participation of about 20 thousand candidates. The second option provided by AIMA for the candidates is to appear in online MAT on May 10, 2014. It will be a computer based test (CBT). No candidate can appear in Online test if he/she has already appeared in paper pencil mode.
Is CAT 2014 better bet than taking MBA admission now?
If you dont get admission in one of the top B schools and you are a working professional, you might be better off continuing to work rather than incurring the high costs associated with obtaining an MBA from a low ranking one as you may get more skills by spending less and still earning than by investing a huge amount.

AIMA conducted on line MAT in different time slots of 150 minutes each on May 10, 2014 across the country. Since there were a few thousands who took the test, it is unlikely that any further date would be announced for the on line test . AIMA has already stated If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is limited and can be accommodated in a single day; the test will be completed on 10 May 2014 itself.
