Faculty Development: IIM Indore revises norm for Fellow Programme to widen appeal
While the institute encourages candidates with valid scores in exams like CAT and UGC, candidates without any formal test can also apply. Further, it is encouraging faculty members of other B-schools to upgrade their skills.
Sharing the acute faculty shortage facing IIMs, Dr Kamal K Jain, Chairperson of the FPM programme at IIM Indore, told MBAUniverse.com, IIMs have been asked by the Government to increase their intake, six new IIMs are in the pipeline, private business schools are growing by leaps and bounds, faculty shortage in such a scenario is more than obvious.
