To put the spotlight on the issue, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will be holding the Global Summit on Skill Development on September 17-18, 2008 in New Delhi.

This is first-of-its-kind peoples choice awards that invite the Indian public to nominate and vote for the best young startups in the country. The Awards aim to attract visibility for over 800 entrepreneurs & their ventures in India, and engage over 5,00,000 people.

Srivatsa topped the Indian Civil Services Examination in 1994 and joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He went on to do his MBA from Harvard Business School and an Advanced Executive Program from The Wharton School of Business. He is currently the Executive Director & CEO South Asia of a Dubai World Group Company, one of the largest infrastructure companies globally.
