The IBSAT 2026 eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, completion of 15 years of formal education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4), and English as the medium of instruction at graduation level (failing which, valid TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores must be submitted by 31 May 2027). Final-year graduation candidates are eligible. There is no age limit or cap on attempts.

The IBSAT 2026 application fee is Rs 1,800 for all categories — there is no concession for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates. Payment is online only via credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. Even candidates applying to IBS with valid CAT, XAT, NMAT or GMAT scores must pay this application fee separately. The fee is non-refundable.

IBSAT 2026 exam is scheduled tentatively on December 26 and 27, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday) — the last weekend of December, as per ICFAI's standard exam pattern. The exam is delivered in remote-proctored online mode, allowing candidates to take it from home on their own laptop/desktop. Official confirmation of dates is expected with the IBSAT 2026 notification on ibsindia.org around July 1, 2026.
