MDI Gurgaon’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration)* is a rigorous, demanding and relevant programme for working executives residing/ working in and around the National Capital Region (NCR) who have had no prior exposure to formal management education.

- This is a 24-months’ Post Graduate Programme.
- The program has been designed considering the current business requirements and the high demand in the industry for the candidates having requisite techniques and managerial skills. The programme had participation from prestigious clients like Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Deloitte, American Express, Essar, Accenture Strategy and Consulting, Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd, ICICI & Carrier Airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd. etc.

• Online registration will be open till June 15, 2025, 17:00 hrs.
• Applicants have to make an online payment of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
Programme Structure
Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration)
Each academic year comprises of four terms (of 3-months each), which includes two weeks for examinations (mid-term & end-term).
20 Core courses spread over terms 1 to 6. 14 elective courses spread over terms 4 to 8 followed by mandatory field work/project in term 8 equivalent to two course load.

Evaluation
Course evaluation is in terms of letter grades. Participants are required to achieve a certain minimum grade point average in each term, a minimum letter grade in each course and in Field Work/Project.
Merit Scholarship:
- The initiative of MDI Gurgaon Merit Scholarship is designed to recognize and reward consistent academic excellence among students enrolled in the PGDM-BA programme.
- Scholarships will be awarded to the top two students securing the highest Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) at the end of Term 1, 2 and 3.
Awards
- The Chairman’s Gold Medal awarded for the highest CGPA in the programme.
- The Director’s Gold Medal awarded for the highest CGPA in specialization in the programme.
Class Schedule
- In the initial three terms, the classes are held on four days per week i.e. Thursday to Sunday.
- Term 4 onwards classes are held throughout the week and for an individual the class schedule depends on the electives chosen by him/her.
- Classes are held from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on weekdays, from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on Saturdays, and from 10.00 AM to 05.15 PM, with a lunch break from 1.15 PM to 2.00 PM on Sundays.

- Online registration will be open till June 25, 2026, 17:00 hrs.
- Applicants have to make an online payment of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
Eligibility
- The Applicants must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
- The Applicants must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of the Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess and equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- A minimum of 3-year of post-qualification work experience as on April 30, 2026.
- Self-Sponsored /Sponsored Applicants through valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT
- The Applicants must have any one of the six All India Tests i.e Valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT scores, valid upto June 30, 2026 to be eligible for the admission to PGDM-Business Administration.
SELECTION PROCESS
Shortlisting of Applicants for the Personal Interview will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT scores. Shortlisted Applicants for phase 1 will be called for the Personal Interview on May 09/10, 2026 and for Phase 2 on July 04/05, 2026.
Shortlisted Applicants will be called for Personal Interview in online mode.
ADMISSION OFFER
Successful Applicants will be made a provisional admission offer in May/July 2026. The selected Applicants will have to pay the first instalment of fee by the given deadline, failing which their offer of admission would be withdrawn, without any further intimation.
Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)

- SPJIMR selection process lays considerable emphasis on the ability of the candidate to put in time and effort for this programme, his/her managerial aptitude as well as maturity, ethics and values.
- SPJIMR also accepts test scores of Executive Assessment (EA), administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). If you have a valid EA score, you can skip the test of reasoning mentioned in the above process. Please submit your score to the admissions team at the time of application
- The selection process takes around half a day and comprises of Test of Reasoning; Group discussion; Personal Interview
- On the basis of above components final merit list will be prepared and admission offer will be released
- Candidates need to accept the admission offer and pay the fees
The PGEMP Programme is conducted in four phases spread across 21 months and involves 60 full days of classes at SPJIMR campus in Mumbai. The 60 days on-campus period is divided into eight contact periods with Initial contact period of 3 days for the Pre-foundation phase; 6 contact periods of 9 consecutive days each, over the Foundation, Integration, and Customisation phases. The off-campus period between two consecutive contacts is 10-12 weeks. The last contact period of 3 days for final exams and Capstone Project presentation. Residency on campus during contact period is mandatory.
The programme is divided into four phases and each phase is equally important. Specializations are offered in General Management & Strategy, Operational Excellence, Innovation and Growth.
The candidate has to remain employed during the programme as he/she will be required to apply the concepts to his/her own job context. As such, continuous and full-time employment is mandatory throughout the programme. In the event the candidate is in between jobs and not in employment, he/she will have to take a break from the programme till such time he/she resumes full-time employment.
- Application forms are available online on the admissions portal and should be filled in by the desirous applicant.
- The application fee is Rs. 1200, which is non-refundable Along with the application form, participants need to submit the Sponsorship letter and a NOC from the present employers in the prescribed format given on the last page of the application form. This letter is mandatory even if the applicant is self-funded.
- Submit Complete employment proof – self-attested copies (Relieving letters from previous employers and offer/ promotion letter from present employer)
- Submit Complete educational proof – self-attested copies (Marksheets and passing certificates of X, XII, Graduation, Post Graduation, etc.)
- Post the application submission date, the applicant will be informed through email about the date of the selection process by the PGEMP office.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Diploma holders with ten years of experience may also apply
Academic Record: A good consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% marks at graduation.
Work Experience: Minimum work experience of five years after graduation.
