The Executive MBA in Corporate Affairs & Management at IIM Jammu is a management programme offered in Blended Mode. Uniquely designed and developed by IICA and IIM-Jammu, the Executive MBA - Corporate Affairs & Management (EMBA-CAM) is an intensive two-year post-graduate programme to build deeper understanding of various contemporary and relevant facets in the domain of corporate affairs and management. EMBA (CA&M) is a unique program offered by two institutes of national importance - the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). The program is designed for mid-career professionals to enhance and advance their corporate affairs and management skills and knowledge.
The program offering in a blended mode enables the participants to balance their work and personal commitments while completing the program. The faculty members from IIM Jammu and IICA will be delivering the program. The faculty team at these institutes have a great pool of knowledge and practical experience and will bring great learning avenues through their insights to the classroom.
The Executive MBA Corporate Affairs from IIM Jammu and IICA will help the participants to build their skills and knowledge to drive their business growth effectively through responsible and sustainable practices. IIM Jammu EMBA (CA&M) curriculum provides the participants with a comprehensive learning of corporate affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, management, and corporate social responsibility. The two-year program consists of a rigorous focus on foundation/ core courses in the first year and electives courses in the second year. The two-year program will be delivered in a blended mode, i.e. online and offline campus sessions at IIM Jammu and IICA Delhi. The two year consists of 780 hours of learning sessions spread over six trimesters. The total credits for the program will be 78 credits (72-course credits + 6 dissertation credits).
In the first year, participants must complete 36 credit units through the core courses, spread over Terms I, II, and III. In the second year, a participant must complete 42 credit units through his/her choice of elective courses spread over Terms IV, V, and VI and a dissertation.

PhD in Management
Ph.D. (Executive) programme at IIM Nagpur is a doctoral programme in management for working business executives who are inclined to gain profound understanding of management research and contribute to management theory and practice. This programme will provide participants with rigourous training in various areas of management research and help them undertake high quality interdisciplinary research. The programme duration is 4 years, but the candidates can complete it in six years.
This programme will be offered with specialization in Decision Science And Information Systems, Marketing, Strategy And Entrepreneurship, Finance And Accounting, Production and Operations Management, Organisational Behaviour And Human Resources Management, Economics, Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences

The admission process at IIM Nagpur for the Executive PhD programme is carried out over various stages as below:
- Fill a detailed application form and submit within a stipulated date
- Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for preparing the shortlist for PIs. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by email.
- Candidates who accept the email invitation for PI will be called for interviews. All the candidates called for PI will have to attend area-led PI followed by programme-led PI. In case a candidate has applied for two areas of specialization, he/she has to attend the interview for each Area.
- Candidates who appear for the PI will be considered for this stage.
- Admission offers will be sent to the successful candidates. The selected candidates will receive a provisional admission offer from IIM Nagpur by email.
The participants are expected to complete the programme within four to six years. The initial six months of coursework will be followed by a comprehensive assessment before participants will undertake the thesis work for the remaining duration under the supervision of a Dissertation Advisory Committee (DAC). Participants are expected to submit their thesis by the end of the fourth academic year. If a participant does not complete the dissertation by the end of the sixth academic year, he/she may be allowed to register for one additional year, only on the recommendation of his/her DAC Chair and Ph.D. Programme Chairperson.

PhD in Management
Indian Institute of Management Nagpur has started the Doctoral Programme from the academic year 2021-22. The objective of the programme is to seek, develop, and foster contextually relevant and socially conscious academicians and researchers seeking thought leadership in management fields.
IIM Nagpur PhD program duration is four years. It is a full time programme. No fee is charged from the candidates who are admitted to IIM Nagpur PhD programme. Instead, they are paid monthly stipend of Rs.30,000 per month for first two years and Rs.33,000 per month in last two years to pursue the PhD programme. On completion of the programme, participants will be awarded with Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree by IIM Nagpur
Ph.D. programme graduates from IIM Nagpur will have career opportunities as Faculty at reputed national and international Management Institutes; Management Research Consulting; Policy & Research Centres; Corporate R&D Centres among others

IIM Nagpur launched the PhD programme to seek, develop, and foster contextually relevant and socially conscious academicians and researchers seeking thought leadership in management fields. The program duration will be four years. The initial two years will be coursework leading to a comprehensive assessment. Afterward, participants undertake the thesis work for the remaining duration under the supervision of an advisory committee. An extension of up to one year is possible with a recommendation of the Dissertation Advisory Committee (DAC) chair and upon approval by the programe Executive Committee (EC). However, no stipend will be provided during the extended term beyond four years unless approved by the programe EC in consultation with the Director.

Minimum Marks: The eligibility of Minimum percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam is – 85% in bachelor’s degree; 60% in Master’s Degree; 50% in professional degree
Final Year Candidates: Candidates who are in the final year of their Master’s/Bachelor’s Programmes that would make them eligible can also apply
Acceptable Entrance Exams: Applicants will need at least one of the following test scores to apply for Ph.D. at IIM Nagpur based on the area they are applying to. Screening examination scores would be accepted for application to Ph.D. Programme if the exam has been taken any time in the last two years. IILM Institute for Higher Education MBA Admission Eligibility: In order to secure admission to first year of the two-year full time IILM PGDM, aspirants need to fulfil following eligibility criteria:
- The applicants must possess a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in any discipline.
- Applicants in their final year of Bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply.
- The admission will remain provisional until they produce mark sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility.

Final Merit List in IILM Institute for Higher Education Admission 2025: Final Selection List would be declared on announced dates. Applicants who are selected will be made an offer of admission. The offer letter will be sent to their email id. Selected applicants must confirm their admission by paying the Registration Fee (as per Fee Structure) within the stipulated time, failing which; the admission offer will stand cancelled.

IILM Institute for Higher Education Scholarships are offered to meritorious and needy students in PGDM programs. Details of IILM Lodhi Road Delhi scholarship schemes offered to PGDM students are as below:
1. IILM Lodhi Road Delhi Scholarship Scheme – Category 1: 10% Scholarship Scheme
- All girl students who are selected for admission to IILM PGDM are eligible for a 10% scholarship
- All students who are selected for admission to IILM PGDM, and have secured 60% or more marks in B. Tech or B.E.
- Scholarship to acknowledge outstanding achievement of students in areas of Sports, Culture or Bravery.
- To encourage students from the states of J&K and the North-East, IILM Delhi offers scholarship of 10%.
- 10% Scholarship for children of Defence Personnel is offered with 100% tuition fee waiver for Wards of Martyrs
