IIM Jammu EMBA (CA&M) curriculum provides the participants with a comprehensive learning of corporate affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, management, and corporate social responsibility. The two-year program consists of a rigorous focus on foundation/ core courses in the first year and electives courses in the second year. The two-year program will be delivered in a blended mode, i.e. online and offline campus sessions at IIM Jammu and IICA Delhi. The two year consists of 780 hours of learning sessions spread over six trimesters. The total credits for the program will be 78 credits (72-course credits + 6 dissertation credits).
In the first year, participants must complete 36 credit units through the core courses, spread over Terms I, II, and III. In the second year, a participant must complete 42 credit units through his/her choice of elective courses spread over Terms IV, V, and VI and a dissertation.

PhD in Management
Ph.D. (Executive) programme at IIM Nagpur is a doctoral programme in management for working business executives who are inclined to gain profound understanding of management research and contribute to management theory and practice. This programme will provide participants with rigourous training in various areas of management research and help them undertake high quality interdisciplinary research. The programme duration is 4 years, but the candidates can complete it in six years.

PhD in Management
Indian Institute of Management Nagpur has started the Doctoral Programme from the academic year 2021-22. The objective of the programme is to seek, develop, and foster contextually relevant and socially conscious academicians and researchers seeking thought leadership in management fields.
IIM Nagpur PhD program duration is four years. It is a full time programme. No fee is charged from the candidates who are admitted to IIM Nagpur PhD programme. Instead, they are paid monthly stipend of Rs.30,000 per month for first two years and Rs.33,000 per month in last two years to pursue the PhD programme. IIM Nagpur launched the PhD programme to seek, develop, and foster contextually relevant and socially conscious academicians and researchers seeking thought leadership in management fields. However, no stipend will be provided during the extended term beyond four years unless approved by the programe EC in consultation with the Director.

Executive MBA at IIM Nagpur Pune Campus
IIM Nagpur has launched the two-year Executive MBA Program in the academic year 2024-26 for Pune Campus for mid to senior level executives, who are looking at accelerating their career growth. The Executive MBA is scheduled on weekends/weekdays evenings over two years so that working professionals could attend without taking a break in their careers.

IIM Nagpur Pune campus Executive MBA programme is a two-year programme spread across eight terms of 3 months each (4 terms in each year). The programme incorporates about 750 hours of classroom teaching spread over two years. The courses include a mix of core (compulsory) courses and elective (to be chosen by participants) courses.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
SJMSoM IIT Bombay offers 4 year full time Doctoral Programme PhD in Management. With sound research base and extensive infrastructural facilities available, SJMSoM IIT Bombay offers PhD programmes in strategic management, technology management, financial management and operations management. The broad objectives of the PhD programme are not only to keep pace with expanding frontiers of knowledge but also to provide research training relevant to the present social and economic objectives of the country.

Post Shostlisting of candidates, Jansons School of Business Coimbatore final selection process for MBA program has following steps:
Step 1 – Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email/ phone or GD/PI schedule by Post about the date and time of Group Discussion. GD round comprises a group of 8-10 candidates who will participate in Group Discussion process. Clarity of opinion/views will add to the performance in GD round. The GD round evaluates individual strengths, weaknesses, inclinations, and abilities to determine their suitability for business studies and future careers.
Step 2 – Personal Interview (PI): Each candidate undergoes a Personal Interview to assess their alignment with Jansons School of Business values. The PI panel comprises 2-3 experts drawn from faculty, industry professionals, alumni. Interviews last 15-30 minutes.
Step-3 - Final Selection Weightages: Final selection of the candidate is based on MBA entrance test score with 50% weight, Academics with 25% weightage, Personal Interview with 25% weightage.
