- Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian Candidates).

It is an application-based programme where the focus is not only given to classroom teaching but also on out-of-class learning. A candidate who meets the following admission criteria can apply to Sri Balaji University for the MBA program of his/her choice. A candidate desirous of admission to the MBA program should :
Be a UGC-recognized university graduate with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category).
Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the MBA courses. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation.
It is imperative that the candidate should have taken at least one exam out of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or MH-CET. MAT exams held after Aug/Sept 2024 to May 2025 will be considered for admission to the academic year 2025-27. We believe that true talent cannot be judged based on the score granted by any entrance exam. Hence, we do not have a cut-off score below which if the candidate scores cannot apply to the program.

Cut Offs: Balaji University does not have any specific cut-off scores for CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH-CET. Balaji University gives only 35% of the weightage for the entrance examination while making the merit list.
Group Discussion Round: Candidates who meet the shortlisting requirements are called for the Group Discussion round. This will be for a duration of 30-45 minutes per group. This may include role play, case studies, and extempore speech and GD. 35% of the weightage in the merit list will be given to the GD process. This is an elimination round.
Personal Interview Round: This expert panel interview and the essay marks will carry 30% of the weightage. This panel will assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidate for a particular specialization. The panel will also give the opportunity to the applicants to add or delete course options.

Merit List: On completion of interviews, the performance of all candidates appearing for the interview is compared. A final merit list based on their overall performance is generated. In case, he / she is not selected for the course applied by him / her, then he / she will be considered for other courses and selected on merit.

SOIL Institute of Management one-year full time PGPM in Business Leadership is its flagship post graduate program. This program requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience for a student to apply. The program provides a solid grounding in analytics, marketing, finance and HR with world class faculty, curriculum co-created with industry and a transformational leadership pedagogy involving applied learning, action-oriented collaboration, and experiential learning through yoga, theatre and outbound trips to the Himalayas and rural India. SOIL Gurgaon 1 year MBA eligibility criteria for admission to PGPM is as under:
•A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation
•Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
•Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required
•Valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SET (SOIL Entrance Test) scores are accepted
