  • Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian Candidates).
     
  • Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience (As on 31.07.2024) in one or more registered companies. Applicants must be currently employed in a registered company and must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of application. The NOC should confirm that the employer supports the applicant's pursuit of an Executive MBA and is willing to accommodate any necessary schedule adjustments or commitments.
  • An applicant will be required to appear in an Aptitude Test (50 Marks - 1 Hour) to be conducted by the University after successfully filling up the application form. Applicants appearing in any of the below-mentioned National Level Management Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, GRE, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA with a decent percentage/percentile score, valid for the present academic year will be given preference during the Selection process.

The four institutes are as mentioned below :

A student can opt for anyone, or more, or for all the courses of any MBA Institute or all four MBA Institutes. That is, a student can select a minimum of one and a maximum upto 26 MBA Specialisations/courses, in order of his / her preferences. All the courses are of equal status.

A candidate who meets the following admission criteria can apply to Sri Balaji University for the MBA program of his/her choice. A candidate desirous of admission to the MBA program should :

Be a UGC-recognized university graduate with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category).
Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the MBA courses. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation.
It is imperative that the candidate should have taken at least one exam out of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or MH-CET. MAT exams held after Aug/Sept 2024 to May 2025 will be considered for admission to the academic year 2025-27. We believe that true talent cannot be judged based on the score granted by any entrance exam. Hence, we do not have a cut-off score below which if the candidate scores cannot apply to the program.
If an applicant lacks an Entrance Examination Score, has not taken the Entrance examination, or wishes to enhance the scores mentioned above, they may choose to participate in the

Cut Offs: Balaji University does not have any specific cut-off scores for CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH-CET. Balaji University gives only 35% of the weightage for the entrance examination while making the merit list.

Group Discussion Round: Candidates who meet the shortlisting requirements are called for the Group Discussion round. This will be for a duration of 30-45 minutes per group. This may include role play, case studies, and extempore speech and GD. 35% of the weightage in the merit list will be given to the GD process. This is an elimination round.

Personal Interview Round: This expert panel interview and the essay marks will carry 30% of the weightage. This panel will assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidate for a particular specialization. The panel will also give the opportunity to the applicants to add or delete course options.

Candidates should submit the application form with the photostat copy of CAT / MAT / XAT / C-MAT / MAH-CET scores which will be verified during Personal Interview. 
The latest MAT score which is available with the candidates can be submitted. It may be noted that we are not going to do our shortlisting based on the CAT / MAT / XAT /C-MAT / MAH-CET score alone, although weightage is allotted for the same.
Merit List: On completion of interviews, the performance of all candidates appearing for the interview is compared. A final merit list based on their overall performance is generated. The candidate is considered for the course which he has preferred according to the priority mentioned by him / her in the application form. In case, he / she is not selected for the course applied by him / her, then he / she will be considered for other courses and selected on merit.

The eligibility for St. Joseph's Institute of Management Bangalore PGDM program is as follows: 

•Graduate in BE/BTech/BCom/BBA/BSc/BA or any other bachelor’s degree from a recognized university under regular mode only.

1. IILM Lodhi Road Delhi Scholarship Scheme – Category 1: 10% Scholarship Scheme

  • All girl students who are selected for admission to IILM PGDM are eligible for a 10% scholarship
  • All students who are selected for admission to IILM PGDM, and have secured 60% or more marks in B. Tech or B.E.
  • Scholarship to acknowledge outstanding achievement of students in areas of Sports, Culture or Bravery.
  • To encourage students from the states of J&K and the North-East, IILM Delhi offers scholarship of 10%.

IILM Institute for Higher Education MBA Admission Eligibility: In order to secure admission to first year of the two-year full time IILM PGDM, aspirants need to fulfil following eligibility criteria:

  • The applicants must possess a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in any discipline.
  • Applicants in their final year of Bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply.
  • The admission will remain provisional until they produce mark sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility.

Curriculum

IILM Institute of Higher Education Delhi benchmarks its curriculum against the best in the world to ensure an academically rigorous, practice and research supported, management education based on principled and ethical values, which maximizes the value add from entry to exit. In the process it fosters the understanding of disruptive, technological changes, challenges current assumptions, and encourages continuous innovation and learning. Personal mentoring which respects individuality and inspires students to become responsive and responsible business leaders is a hallmark of the PGDM Program.

The PGDM Program has six trimesters, spread over two years, with a summer internship project and social immersion scheduled at the end of Year I. In the first two trimesters participants complete fourteen core courses, followed by two core and four flexi core courses in trimester III. In Year II of the program participants complete eight elective and dissertation, apart from completing two core courses. The Career Development Program and Personal Leadership Program, aimed at preparing students for a career in the corporate runs from trimester I through to trimester V.

IILM offers specializations in Year II in the areas of Finance, Marketing Management, Operations & Technology, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics and General Management. While Year I aims to develop team skills, leadership capability, communication skills, and managerial effectiveness, Year II focuses on equipping students develop domain specific skills that enhances employability through active industry interaction and live projects.
