IIM Rohtak One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPx) is designed to provide the candidates with an opportunity to get a formal management qualification of a premier brand in India with state-of-the-art knowledge acquisition. The programme is meant for the working professionals with minimum 3 years of work experience. The focus of the programme is on general management orientation and practical knowledge with an emphasis on inculcating exemplary leadership in challenging managerial situations.
The Programme at IIM Rohtak is uniquely structured to provide high-quality management education to practicing executives with minimal disruptions at their workplace. This programme is for professionals, who desire to enhance their managerial knowledge and skills through formal management education.
Total programme duration is 12 months divided in three terms. The PGPx is offered in blended mode covering 625 hours out of which 12 will be campus visits. On completion of the programme the participants will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma by IIM Rohtak and will get IIM Alumni status.

IIM Rohtak PGPx Admission process has four steps:
Step-1: Apply online for Admission to IIM Rohtak 1 Year PGPx by the last date
Step-2: Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria and have applied for the program should qualify in IIMR-Entrance Test which is a 90 minutes online proctored entrance test. Candidates will take the test from their own computers. The exam 90 MCQ type questions with sectional division as Language & Communication - 30 Ques; Logical Reasoning - 30 Ques; and Quantitative Aptitude - 30 Ques
Step-3: The candidate will need to appear in Personal Interview
Step-4: Based on the performance in entrance exam and personal interview, the candidate will be considered for admission merit list and will be offered admission
IIM Rohtak One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPx) is divided into three terms. There are total 29 courses offered in the programme in the 3 terms. Each term consists of 9/10 courses. There are 370 Online class sessions and 75 Online sessions (On campus). The programme also consists of 180 Project work assignments.
There will be total 625 hours of sessions including 12 campus visits with 3 campus visits per term. However, total campus visits are 12 days overall.
Eligible candidates should apply online with an Application Fee of INR 2500/-. Post submission of application, candidates will need to appear in IIM Rohtak PGPx entrance exam.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
- 3 Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience at the time of application after bachelor’s degree
- Should appear in IIM Rohtak Online Entrance Examination. It will be a 90-minute online proctored entrance test. Candidates will take the test from their own computers.
