The Achiever's Round of GIM Goa is a profile-based shortlisting process that evaluates candidates based on program-specific or other achievements in areas such as academics, sports, co-curricular activities, and professional experience. This round applies to all programs based on the candidate's first preference.
Candidates are shortlisted for the Achiever's Round without considering CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores initially, which is factored in at the later stage. Select candidates from the Achievers Round receive a spot admission offer, even before their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are available. GIM Goa Achiever Round interviews are conducted in Delhi, Goa and Kolkata.
GIM Goa PGDM Banking, Insurance & Financial Services (BIFS) programme curriculum offers regular engagement of students with industry experts by way of classroom lectures, seminars and one-on-one mentorship (internships). After completion of three terms in the campus, students are required to immediately join their respective companies to do internship projects in the areas of banking, insurance or financial services.
