TSM Madurai Shortlisting Criteria for Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Written Ability Test is based on entrance exam score and other parameters as below:
Candidates are short-listed based on the basis of their performance in the respective entrance exam.
Weightage for consistent academic performance, competitive exam score and extracurricular achievements will also be applied
TSM Madurai 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management is divided into 6 trimesters, with a three months summer internship at the end of the first year. TSM Madurai constantly reviews the design, content and delivery of various courses for their continued relevance and need for updating in the context of changing business environment and management practices. There is a growing emphasis on project work and case studies as part of the regular courses at the Institute.
TSM PGDM Curriculum by Trimester
The Trimester 1 to Trimester 3 cover courses on Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Data Analysis for Management, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Marketing Management, Managerial Communication, Economic Policies for Managers, Managerial Cost Accounting, Operations Management, Corporate Finance, Business, Government and Society, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Decision Making with Optimization Techniques, Business Research Methodology, Data Analysis Using R and Python, Ethics and Governance, Comprehensive Viva-Voce, Rural and Development Immersion Programme.
From Trimester IV to VI candidates also focus on specialization courses which include Finance, Marketing, OB/HR, Operations, General Management and Systems.

TSM Madurai MBA and PGDM Admission Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
- Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for Admission.
- Candidates applying for TSM Madurai PGDM Admission 2025 should appear in one of the accepted MBA entrance exams CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT, TANCET in or after May 2024
TSM Madurai Final Selection round consists of Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). TSM Madurai final selection will be made based on Entrance exam score, academic performance, performance in the GD, performance in personal interview, performance in Written Ability Test (WAT) prior work experience, verbal and analytical abilities of the candidates.
Apart from the above, TSM Madurai will award 5 bonus points for achievement in Sports, Extra /Co-Curricular activities. The final admission of candidates for admission will be based on composite factors of all the above parameters.
