MBA programme in XBS has been designed keeping in mind the current industry scenario. TSM Madurai MBA is a 2-year full time management Programme. TSM MBA prepares young men and women to take over the managerial reins of organizations by putting the knowledge they gained into practical use. TSM seeks to develop young individuals into technically proficient, managerially competent, ethically sensitive and socially responsible professionals who can eventually become respected CEOs, thought leaders and heads of corporate houses or other organizations.

The MBA Program at TSM is divided into 6 trimesters that are spread over 2 years, with a mandatory summer internship at the end of the first year. The students are encouraged to learn by doing real time project to solve company problems through Capstone Project.  VITBS offers 1+1 Exchange Programmes with US partnered universities; Personalised Career Management Training across 2 semesters by Professionals; 12 weeks Summer Industry Internship at the end of 1st year.

TISS Mumbai Master of Hospital Administration program curriculum is spread over 2 years. TISS Master of Hospital Administration programme imparts training in managing financial, material and information systems in hospital settings and builds the perspectives, attitudes and skills needed for managing people. The MHA (Hospital) Degree is designed to be completed in 4 semesters spanning two years; but has a provision to complete over a maximum period of 5 years from the date of registration.
