The programme has been structured to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. Classes will be held on campus during the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM, making it possible to pursue the degree while still working full-time.

The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the applicant from different dimensions, which includes the following:
- Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Graduation] (Weightage: 20%)
- SXUK Aptitude Test (Weightage: 10%)
- National Level Management Entrance Test Score [XAT, CAT, GMAT, GRE,
- MAT, CMAT, ATMA] (Weightage: 10%)
- Personal Interview (Weightage: 30%)
Work Experience (Weightage: 30%)

- Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian Candidates).
- Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience (As on 31.07.2024) in one or more registered companies. Applicants must be currently employed in a registered company and must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of application. The NOC should confirm that the employer supports the applicant's pursuit of an Executive MBA and is willing to accommodate any necessary schedule adjustments or commitments.
- An applicant will be required to appear in an Aptitude Test (50 Marks - 1 Hour) to be conducted by the University after successfully filling up the application form. Applicants appearing in any of the below-mentioned National Level Management Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, GRE, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA with a decent percentage/percentile score, valid for the present academic year will be given preference during the Selection process.
