Expected question paper for XAT 2017 with number of key changes has been released by XLRI today on December 26. Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2017 for admission to XLRI, SPJIMR, IMT, XIMB and other 150 top B-schools is to be held on January 8, 2017 in paper pen mode. Although XAT 2017 exam pattern remains the same but there are significant aspirant friendly changes announced by XLRI while releasing the XAT 2017 expected question paper.

CAT 2016 result expected to be declared in the second week of January 2017 is yet to get the exact date. While IIM Bangalore has not announced the date of CAT 2016 result declaration, candidates who appeared in the exam are still contemplating and guessing whether the CAT 2016 result would be declared in the beginning of 2nd week of January or it would be stretched to the weekend.

Revising its admission policy for 2017, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) Mumbai has announced that it will accept only CAT 2016, MAH-CET 2017 scores for admission to its flagship MMS 2017-19 batch. Besides, JBIMS will not participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) 2017 conducted by DTE Maharashtra and will conduct its own GD-PI-WAT to select the candidates for admission. The application process is to be opened by JBIMS shortly and will be available on its website.

IIM Bangalore has been conferred the EQUIS Accreditation for a further period of five years by the EQUIS Accreditation Board.
In a letter to the Director of IIM Bangalore, David M. Saunders PhD, Chairman, EQUIS Accreditation Board, said the evaluating team was impressed with the significant progress made since the school was last accredited by EQUIS in 2013.
