Petitioners against the equi percentile calculation process of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra in MAH CET 2015 result got a shot in the arm when Bombay High Court allowed stay on their PIL on April 15, 2015 and restricted DTE from taking any action on admission process.
