The MBA entrance exam season 2011-12 has been flagged off with the announcement of IIFT, SNAP, NMAT entrance exams. The IIFT 2011 exam will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2011. There are hardly four months left for the test. Though the basic sections of the exam are similar to exams like CAT, XAT, FMS etc. but it is not exactly the same and needs a special preparation and strategy.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has announced the date of the written entrance exam for the admission in IIFT Delhi and Kolkata for the academic year 2012-14. The date of the IIFT 2011 exam is Sunday, November 27, 2011. The duration of the test is two hours, which will be held from 10 am to 12 noon. The candidates who would be qualified after the written test will be called for Group Discussion, Essay Writing and Interview. The test will be held in 20 cities across India.

CAT exam is taken by a huge number of working professionals every year. CAT 2010 was taken by 2.06 lakh candidates, out of which 7063 candidates were working professionals. But compared to the freshers or the students, it is much tougher for them to prepare. While many contemplate of leaving their jobs, but the others balance the preparation and job at the same go.
