TAPMI inducts 409 students in 2013-15 PGDM programmes
TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) has inducted a total of 409 students in its two management programmes including 31St Batch of PGDM and 4th Batch of PGDM-Healthcare for the academic session 2013-15.
Inaugurating the new batch, TAPMI Director Dr R C Natarajan welcomed the new batch. He shared with the students the values that guide the institute and informed them about the prestigious accreditation given to TAPMI by AACSB International. He also introduced the new batch with the faculty members and academic practices at TAPMI.

IIMs goof up on CAT scores: 80 students get highly inflated scores
In a shocking revelation that will impact MBA admission based on CAT 2012 scores and shake up the credibility of CAT exam, IIMs have admitted that CAT scorecards available officially to non-IIMs for admission year 2012-13 have been tampered with inflated scores of some candidates.
According to IIMs, scorecards of as many as 80 testing IDs available on official CAT website have been found inflated as compared to the actual scores available with IIMs in the master datasheet of CAT 2012 scorecards.
Demand Management, Curriculum Delivery dominate IMC Awards 2013 nominations
With nominations for Indian Management Conclave (IMC) Awards 2013 closing June 28, B-schools from across have enthusiastically nominating their innovative initiatives and practices for different award categories even as the entries from different B-schools continued pouring in for the ongoing nomination process for IMC Award 2013. Nomination in demand management category and Innovations in Curriculum Delivery, however, have dominated the entries so far.

SPJIMR launches new initiatives at 2013-15 PGDM Batch orientation
SPJIMR has introduced an integrated program in Business Communication, a Business Consulting Project and a minor specialization in Consulting for its PGDM programme even as the institute inducted its new PGDM batch of 2013-15.
According to the institute, SPJIMRs PGDM Program of 2013-15 consists of 236 participants with 94 female students. The new batch comprises 65 non-engineers from different top colleges and over 90 per cent of the batch carries average work experience of 24 months, the institute said.
IMC Awards 2013 gets enthusiastic response from top B-schools; Last date June 20
The Indian Management Conclave Awards 2013 has received enthusiastic response from management institutes with top B-schools including IIMs, NMIMS, SPJIMR, BIMTECH, TAPMI, IFIM, FMS-BHU and over 50 other Management institutes nominating their initiative for the Award.
The last date for Nomination for IMC Award 2013 is June 20. An eminent jury will select B-school initiatives which will be awarded at 4th Indian Management Conference & Awards 2013 to be held on August 2nd & 3rd in New Delhi.
