No new merit list at NMIMS; waitlisted candidates to get admission
After unearthing the MBA Admission racket at NMIMS, Dr Rajan Saxena, VC, NMIMS tells MBAUniverse.com that the institute will not release any fresh merit list and the waitlisted candidates will be given admission opportunity for more than 80 candidates who forged their identity to get into the final Admission list.

Union HRD Minister to lay foundation of IIM-Raipur new campus
Union HRD Minister Dr M M Pallam Raju will lay the foundation of a state of art new campus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur at Pota-Cheriya village under Naya Raipur on May 5, 2013. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh and Higher and Technical Education Minister Shri Ram Vichar Netam will also be present on the occasion.
The institute which is currently operating from Government Engineering College at Sejbahar, has its proposed campus spread across 200 acres of land. The institute aims to complete the construction by 2016.
NMIMS unearths national level MBA admission racket; 6 held
NMIMS has unearthed a national level MBA Admission Test racket where more than 80 candidates had forged their identity during NMAT to secure a position in final merit list for admission to its different management programmes.
Acting on this recent complaint of the institute, a Joint Team of Crime Branch and Cyber Cell of Mumbai police have arrested 6 persons involved in the organised crime from different locations including Delhi, UP & Pune, Police said.
