IIM Indore has welcomed the new batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM), Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM), and Integrated Programme in Management – Fourth Year (IPM-4th Year) on June 27, 2024.

Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM), the AACSB Accredited and Globally Ranked B-School, has launched a unique ‘Liberal-Professional MBA’ program, which will be delivered in two prominent business centres of India – Mumbai and Bangalore. JAGSoM MBA is developed as an innovative MBA program designed for new age professional roles that require creativity, innovation, problem solving skills.

IIM Bangalore is expected to conduct CAT 2022 on November 27, 2022. This is the second time in last ten years that IIMB is conducting CAT exam. Earlier, IIM Bangalore last conducted CAT in 2016. Professor Ashis Mishra, faculty in Marketing Area and Chairperson Admissions at IIM Bangalore is expected to be the Convener of CAT 2022 exam. Last year IIM Ahmedabad conducted the CAT 2021 exam with many changes.

US B-schools, who participated in Economist MBA Ranking after a one-year break, dislodged European B-schools in a big way to seize the top ranks. Two-thirds of the top 50 B-schools in the Economist Rankings are American. This has led to massive changes in the ranking order. From India, only ISB and IIM Ahmedabad are ranked in this survey, with relatively low ranks.

IIM Bangalore welcomes largest MBA Batch
The inauguration ceremony for the new IIM Bangalore Batch 2025-27 that was held at the IIMB campus on 9 June 2025. On behalf of the institution, Prof. Kunal Dasgupta, Chairperson, Admissions & Financial Aid, and faculty in the Economics area, welcomed the students. He congratulated them on clearing “a long, rigorous, and highly competitive selection process.” Prof. Dasgupta shared that the 2025–27 cohort is IIMB’s largest ever, with a total of 622 students enrolled across the PGP and PGPBA programmes.

Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, in its 50th Foundation Year, celebrated Convocation 2022 on June 15 with Sanjiv Mehta, CEO and MD of HUL as the Chief Guest. On June 18, BIMTECH Greater Noida held the Commencement Ceremony to welcome its new PGDM 2022-24 batch on campus.
