The voices whose views have been amalgamated into the book include the likes of Kevin Lane Keller, David Aaker, Don Schultz, Jagdish Sheth, Leo Berry, Bernt Schmitt, Raj Srivastava, Rod Brodie and Leslie de Chernatony.
