XIME Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is 2 years full time AICTE approved programme which is rated MBA equivalent as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU). XIME PGDM Curriculum is reviewed and updated at regular intervals in consultation with industry leaders, alumni, students, and faculty.
The First Year of the course covers the foundational subjects which impart to the students a sound knowledge of the essential functional areas of business and management. Special attention is given to incorporate add-on courses on Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SixSigma and Fintech.
The Summer Internship Programme(SIP) and Socially Useful and Productive Activity(SUPA) provides the students direct interaction with corporates and an exposure to management issues. In the second year, the emphasis shifts to elective courses, giving the students a choice to specialize in areas of their interest and acquire advanced knowledge and skills. XIME adopts contemporary curriculum which is reviewed and updated every year in consultation with Industry leaders, alumni, students and faculty. XIME Kochi eligibility criteria have following requirements:
- Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
The candidate should have appeared in at least one of the eligible entrance exams - A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply
- Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation, are not eligible to apply
- Any student with a credible score, and with a valid scorecard at the time of application, in any of the below mentioned entrance tests is eligible – XAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, Kerala KMAT, GMAT
XIME Kochi admits students with a proven calibre to perform. XIME Kochi Selection process to the PGDM programme is facilitated through a rigorous process which requires highly competitive entrance exam scores, performances in GD-PI and other criteria. Following steps are included in the XIME Selection Process:
Step 1: Must have appeared in one of the eligible entrance tests scores of which are accepted by XIME Kochi. Acceptable exam scores for admission 2025 are XAT 2025, CAT 2024, CMAT 2025, MAT - September 2024, December 2024, February 2025 & May 2025; GMAT - 2023, 2024 & 2025
Step 2: The candidate should apply to XIME Kochi online before the deadline. The application fee of Rs.2000/- should also be paid online.
Step 3: Candidates are short-listed for Group Discussion & Personal Interview (PI) round from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of XIME Kochi.
Step 4: After the GD-PI round, admission offers are made by XIME to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in entrance exam, performance in GD-PI round, academics, Extra curricular achievements, Work Experience among others
Step 5: Final Admission Offer will be made to the candidates on the basis of Final Score arrived after awarding the weightage scores on all the components.
