Launched in 2020, MBA (Analytics) at IIM Kashipur focuses on grooming its students to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes for leadership profiles to enable them to seamlessly navigate the ever-changing business landscape. The admission process for IIM Kashipur MBA Analytics can be divided into two stages:

In the first year MBA participants are given a complete flavour of general management as well as different function aspects of management with an objective to develop a holistic view of organizational management. Participants complete 21 credits of core courses in two years. One course credit is equivalent to 100 hours of study including 30 hours of class interaction. The new core course structure develops the students of IIM Kashipur to become better leaders in the new economy by making their training more contemporary. At the same time, this structure also makes them aware of the grass-root level problems in our society and why they should care about those issues.
The new design also supports several of the strategic plans of IIM Kashipur of promoting learning and practices in emerging areas of management with addition of business analytics, and introduction of experiential learning component. 5. Merit scholarships for enrolled students: Awarded after enrollment to students in the top 5% of their batch with a minimum CGPA of 8.5, based on annual academic performance.
6. Scholarship conditions: Scholarships are reviewed every semester and require maintaining GPA/CGPA criteria. Students may lose scholarships temporarily or permanently if performance falls or for disciplinary reasons. Scholarship amounts are adjusted directly in fees, not paid out in cash.
