An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June - 2024] must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 20 September 2024.
Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
In keeping with the vision of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) of providing quality equitable and accessible education to all, the University has established the Scholarship Support Cell which aims at providing information, support and guidance to the students on the application process for the Scholarships available from the University, the Alumni Association, and from external organisations. Students of Christ University School of Business and Management (SBM) can avail different scholarships offered.
The internal scholarships are provided by the University, the Alumni Association, organisations such as Goldman Sachs, and Earnst and Young who are collaborating with the University to provide scholarships to students such as visually Challenged, economically disadvantaged.
The external scholarships are provided by the Government of India, the State governments, Regulatory bodies such as University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Karnataka Labour Welfare Board, and philanthropic or community-based Organizations.
The Scholarship Support Cell of the University is a dedicated unit that supports students to apply for these scholarships. It also processes the applications received on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and State Scholarships Portals (SSP) and coordinates with the offices concerned for timely approval of the scholarship applications.
