With CAT exams just round the corner, the top B schools have also opened their Admission process for academic session 2014-16.

The CAT score accepting top B-schools which have opened their applications include MDI, SPJIMR, IMT Ghaziabad, IMI Delhi, XIMB, IRMA, LIBA Chennai, IFIM Bangalore etc.

With 10 days still left for buying CAT vouchers, Delhi-NCR and Bangalore lead the top cities with highest number of candidates registering for CAT 2013 even as some of the test cities came closer to their full capacity well before the last date of registration, CAT officials said.

According to the official mid-trends of CAT registration, the other cities among the top 10 places with highest number of registration include Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad.

Symbiosis International University has revamped admission process for its B-schools as it introduced single registration and single PI-WAT for admission to all its constituent B-schools for academic session 2014-16.

Mr Dushyant Agarwalscored 99.95 percentile in CAT and 98.83 percentile in XAT. Presently, an MDI Gurgaon student of PGP-IM(Post Graduate Programme in International Management), Dushyant was also offered admission at IMT Ghaziabad. He expects the numbers to cross the figure of 2.5 lakh as CAT aspirants still have more than 10 days to buy the CAT vouchers.

Mr Apurv Jain scored an overall percentile of 99.32 in CAT 2012 and secured final admission offers form many IIM and other top B-schools like FMS-Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon, SIBM Pune.
