XLRI signs MOU with German University for student and faculty exchange programmes
The MOU was signed by Dr. Manfred Krafft, who heads Marketing Centre Munster (MCM) at Munster University, and the Chairperson of International Relations, Prof. Jittu Singh, at XLRI. XLRI is the first B-school partner for Muenster School of Business Administration and Economics in India.
Dr. Manfred Krafft from University of Muenster, Germany addressed the students of XLRI on the occasion of signing of the MOU between the two universities. He delivered a presentation to XLRI students regarding the courses and programs offered by Muenster.

IIM A concludes its prestigious Faculty Development Programme
Thirty seven (37) faculty members including international participants from neighboring countries like Nepal and Maldives participated in this 30th FDP.
The 16-week long programme not only covers basic disciplines like economics and statistics and core management areas like marketing, finance, human resource management, operations management and strategy, but also focuses on academic writing, case writing, qualitative and quantitative research methods and innovative pedagogical techniques.

Indias leading business news channel CNBC-TV18, along with Indias leading management portal MBAUniverse.com and global research agency TNS, has launched a nationwide survey to rank Indias top B-schools. CNBC-TV18 A of B Ranking will arrive at the A list of B-schools after a comprehensive multi-tier research and survey.
The results of this nationwide survey are expected to be announced in November 2008.
