To participate in ISB PGP Admission process, you need to apply and appear in GMAT or GRE exams and apply separately to Indian School of Business. Step by Step ISB Admission Process is as below: 
Step-1: Apply for ISB Admission  
Step-2: Appear in Eligible Entrance Exam (GMAT, GRE)
Step-3: Check Shortlist which is based on your entrance exam score, Academic profile, Work Experience, Achievements, Essays and Letter of Recommendation 
Step-4: Participate in Personal Interview Round
Step-5: Check Final Admission Offer and Pay Fees 

Each applicant to the Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian School of Business is evaluated on the following parameters:
Academic Credentials: The application keenly evaluates your ability to cope with the rigor of the program through your past academic performance and your performance in the GMAT/GRE exam. ISB considers the 12th standard grades, graduation grades, post-graduation and certification scores- wherever applicable along with the overall GMAT/GRE score. However, no “cut off” criteria are applied to either the academic credentials or the GMAT/GRE score.
Leadership Potential: Applicants are evaluated on the basis of the impact they have made in their past professional and personal life. This aspect is assessed through the initiatives that the applicant may have taken, the responsibilities handled, and the career progression achieved to date. The one professional evaluation (i.e. recommendation) which forms an important part of the application also helps in gauging the leadership potential of the applicant in a professional setting.

Indian School of Business PGP Admissions application process is as below: 
The application form has 6 important sections apart from the personal details and statement of integrity/ declaration sections. Ensure that you completely fill all the sections before submitting the form:

Academics: Mention your X, XII, graduation, post-graduation (if any), additional certifications in this section, etc. in this section.
Work Experience: Mention your top job responsibilities, initiatives, and achievements.
Awards & Activities: Arrange your awards, achievements, and hobbies in the order of importance, and mention them in the awards, activities and hobbies sections.
GMAT/GRE Test Score: Provide a valid GMAT or GRE score. GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years from the date you take the test. Since we require the GMAT or GRE for admission, you must take the test before submitting your application. The scores you report must be valid as of the deadline date of the round in which you apply.
Essay: Reflect on your experiences and let your thoughts flow. Focus on uniqueness and leadership. Mind the word Limit.
Recommendation: You will have to provide details of one recommender who can be your reporting manager/ previous manager/ senior colleague/ current client/ previous client/ business partner/ supplier/ auditor etc. Go by the quality of the evaluation rather than the seniority of the designation
