Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)
The EPGP is structured to prepare executives for transformational leadership positions. During the intense one-year programme, they will work towards developing a deeper understanding of various facets of management and hone their managerial skills. The programme is spread over five academic terms in IIM Indore campus and one International Immersion module at one of the top-ranking international university. The first three terms (mostly composed of core courses) focus on laying the foundation for the specialisation through a bundle of electives offered in the other terms. An international module provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the global business environment and an ability to operate in a multicultural environment. The last two terms are mostly electives and other experiential learning.
The final admission to IIM Indore EPGP programme is based on the requirements of the programme. This phase is held after the availability of CAT test scores. Applicants in this phase are called for interviews on the basis of their profile as given above, along with their performance in the entrance tests.
Final Selection List
The selection list is based on a composite score, which takes into account the applicant’s profile, academic record, entrance test scores (CAT/GMAT), relevance of work experience (if any) and performance in the two rounds of group interviews.

SPJIMR Mumbai Scholarships are offered to support meritorious and financially needy PGDM participants. Each year, the Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF) Scholarship awards ₹5 lakh each to two first-year and two second-year students with family incomes below ₹8 lakh. In addition, Merit-cum-Means Financial Assistance is provided annually based on academic performance, extracurricular achievements, conduct, and verified financial need, covering partial or full tuition reimbursement.
