CMAT 2016: Admit Card delay creates panic; AICTE shares no date; only 12 days to exam
Issuance of Admit card for the maiden yearly CMAT 2016 to be conducted on January 17, 2016 by AICTE has been delayed and the Admit card icon has been withdrawn by AICTE from its site. There is no concrete information about the probable date and time when the Admit card for CMAT 2016 would be enabled. Instead a ticker on the site says The date for download of Admit Card will be intimated shortly but this shortly has no specific time limit.

While CAT 2015 result is going to be declared shortly, 5 out of 19 IIMs are still playing hide and seek with the test takers and have not yet announced their admission policy 2016-18. MAT 2016: Registration opens for Feb 7 exam; apply before January 27, 2016
Registration for MAT 2016 to be held on February 7, 2016 has been opened by AIMA with the application deadline fixed for January 27, 2016. All India Management Association (AIMA) is the authority to convene MAT exams which take place 4 times in a year giving the opportunity to the candidates to explore admission opportunity in 400 B-schools.
The registration process for MAT 2016 February exam is proposed to be closed on January 27, 2016 while the last date of issuing the registration and application form in off-line mode is January 23, 2016.

CAT 2015 result is expected to be declared in next 3 days before the second week of January 2016. Sharing with MBAUniverse.com Cat 2015 convener Prof Tathagata Bandyopadhyay, faculty IIM Ahmedabad says CAT 2015 result should be sometime before second week of January 2016. The second week would begin after January 7 and therefore the result can be out any day before January 7, 2016.

Despite the increase in time, the number of questions in the test will be less. Instead of 114 questions in MCQ form, XAT 2016 will have 103 questions with a reduced level of difficulty.

No facility to download your XAT 2016 Admit Card will be available after today as it will be disabled by XLRI from XAT site post eod on December 31, 2015. If you have not yet downloaded your XAT 2016 Admit Card as yet, download it and take prints of the same.
