Result for Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) full time MBA(IB) 2016-18 entrance exam has been declared. IIFT has shortlisted 1508 candidates for final admission round and has posted the list on its site. Around 60000+ aspirants appeared in IIFT entrance exam on Nov 22, 2015.

MBA(IB) programme at IIFT is its flagship programme and is available at its New Delhi and Kolkata campuses in India and at Dar-es-Salaam campus in Tanzania. For an intake of around 360 seats 1508 candidates from all categories have been shortlisted for PI round.

IIM aspirants who took CAT 2015 on November 29, 2015 are now waiting and contemplating on their probable scores in the exam. But they are oblivious of the fact that even a little lower percentile in CAT 2015 may not bleak your chances of admission to IIMs or other top B-schools if you have good writing and communication skill.

Getting alarmed with the low turnout of candidates seeking admission in the maiden PGP 2015-17 batch, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh has slashed the minimum qualifying percentile in CAT 2015 by 16.3 points. Apart from the overall percentile, the required sectional percentile in CAT 2015 score has also been reduced by 5 points in each section.

XAT 2016 aspirants were taken off guard by the SMS from XAT 2016 on Dec 12, 2015 to make payment of registration fee for XAT 2016 as well as for admission to XLRI. Barely 6 days away, SNAP 2015 is going to be held on December 20, 2015 in paper pen mode across the country. SNAP 2015 test with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), will be of 2 hours duration from 2 PM to 4 PM to be held in a single day on December 20, 2015. Candidates are allowed mark their answers with blue or black ball pen on OMR sheet.

Recently announced changes in forthcoming XAT 2016 to be held on January 3, 2016 have made the test and the opportunities related to it more aspirant friendly. It is not only going to be easier exam but XAT 2016 will also offer more opportunities of scoring high to get shortlisted at one of the top rated B-schools.

Highly ranked and top rated PGDM B-schools in India have either closed the registration and application process for their flagship 2 years full time PGDM 2016-18 programme or in a few days the process will stand closed.

With CAT 2015 in its revamped form over now and the test takers now busy in calculation of their expected percentile based on their performance in exam, it is time to decide whether your performance level is good enough to get the desired IIM or you need to go for plan B.

Crying foul as no mention of transgender in the gender column appeared in XLRI-XAT 2016 registration form, transgender remained unable to register for XAT 2016 going to be held on January 3, 2016 across the country in 47 cities. With the anomaly continued, registration for XLRI- XAT 2016 closed on December 10, 2015.
