Supreme Court to hear EPSI petition on AICTE 2010 PGDM Notification on Dec 4

To pave way for PGDM admission process for 2016-17 in 600 B-schools, Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI) has filed a petition in Supreme Court of India seeking the extension of stay on AICTEs December 2010 Notification. The case is scheduled to come up for hearing before the Supreme Court on December 4, 2015 in the bench of Justice Iqbal. The petition also asks for restoring the status quo and autonomy of PGDM institutions.
