Chicago, Harvard, Kellogg top US B-schools; Queens Canada & IE Spain top non-US B-schools: BusinessWeek B-school Ranking 2008

Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), Wharton Business School and University of Michigans Ross School of Business are ranked at #2, #3, #4 and #5 respectively. Queens School of Business, Canada is ranked at #1 non-US MBA, followed by Spanish B-school IE Business School.

No Indian B-school has managed to feature in the list of top non-US B-schools.

Over 40,000 students to contest for 180 seats at IIFT Delhi and Kolkatta

On coming Sunday i.e. November 23, 2008, Delhi based Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), is holding its entrance exam known as IIFT. According to the official information shared by IIFT, This year closer to 42,000 students have applied for IIFT exam.

While sharing the total seats for MBA (International Business) for Delhi and Kolkata campuses, IIFT said, There are total 180 seats for our MBA program which are divided into 120 and 60 seat for Delhi and Kolkata campuses respectively.

MAT Dec 2008: About 50 institutes from Western region to participate for Dec 7 exam

AIMA Center for Management Services (AIMA-CMS) informed MBAUniverse.com that close to 50 management institutes from Western Region will be accepting the MAT scores. Some of the prominent institutes include IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Jaipur; Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur; Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and Kohinoor Business School, Khandala.
