This will launch the first of its kind conservation based certificate in India. The Green Thumb Certificate will recognize and acknowledge the conservation efforts of a company.
SP Jain students Rahul Ramchandani, Ravish Ralhen and Siddharth Natarajan have been working with AERF for more than a month to further the cause of conservation, increase awareness and most importantly, bring corporate participation.

Blackboard is a patented programme providing virtual learning environment. It provides access to library resources, journals, study materials, papers, lectures, and updates from ICRIs partner University in UK, Cranfield University, to its students in India.
To facilitate Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), all the students will be provided with a laptop. Also, all the campuses have been made Wi-Fi enabled with LCD panels in all classrooms.

XLRI GMP completes placements; records avg. salary of Rs 17.8 lakhs
The process attracted 54 companies, as opposed to 23 last year, and made 101 offers to 53 participating students. The average salary of individual offers stood at Rs 17.8 lakhs (an increase of close to 20% from previous year), while the highest domestic offer was Rs 33.8 lakhs and the average of international offers was USD 130,000 (an increase of 30%).
XLRI says that sponsored candidates have also got elevated roles and middle/senior management responsibilities from their parent companies.
