The residential two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) prepare students for the corporate sector. Selection of the candidates for admission to the 2026-28 batch will be a three-step process:

JAGSoM final selection process has following steps:
1. Application Form Filling
2. ASP Registration and Briefing
- Registration: Managed by student volunteers who collect necessary documents.
- Verification: Staff verifies self-attested documents against the application.
- Briefing: Candidates receive information about the admission process and can ask questions before the PI.
3. Group Discussion (GD)
- A 30-minute group exercise in groups of six to eight candidates, for assessing ‘Solution Orientation’ of the candidates.
4. Personal Interview (PI)
- Personal interview will be conducted for assessing the ‘Learning Potential’ of the candidate.

- All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
- Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2025.
Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2025.
