Post Graduate Program In Management (PGPM)
The SPJIMR PGPM Post Graduate Programme in Management is an 18-month AICTE-approved, full-time, leadership-focused programme for experienced professionals who aspire to lead teams, innovate with purpose, and drive meaningful change in complex business environments. PGPM prepares our participants to lead in an AI-augmented world. Grounded in strong business fundamentals, they learn AI technologies and tools to leverage them strategically for redesigning processes and making data-driven decisions through technology-enabled transformation.

PGPM participants receive an AICTE-approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration) upon completion of the programme.

- Personal Interview: Each candidate will go through at least two rounds of interviews in addition to the above. The first round of interview is to understand the link between candidates’s chosen area of specialization and their work experience. The second round of interview is to understand the candidate’s overall fit with the PGPM programme and with SPJIMR’s values and culture. The process seeks to delve in to the candidate’s future goals, personality aspects, and communication skills.

The PGPM programme comprises three phases: Online module for 2 months; On-campus residential module for 12 months and Four months of Social/Startup Projects and International Immersion.
PGPM addresses the unique needs of accomplished and ambitious professionals/executives seeking career acceleration or transition. PGPM provides its participants with a strong foundation in core management fundamentals in the first Semester. In the second Semester, participants choose one major and two minor concentrations that will help them bridge from their past experiences to their future aspirations.
The first semester helps participants develop a strong foundation in core management fundamentals. In addition, participants will undergo workshops, guest lectures and other training.
In the second Semester, participants choose one major and two minor concentrations that will help them bridge from their past experiences to their future aspirations. Semester – II Comprises Functional Majors with a choice of opting one of the majors out of Operations and Supply Chain Management; Information Management & Analytics; Sales & Marketing; Finance; Human Resource Management. In the Concentration phase, participants have access to cutting-edge, theme-based courses with a focus on practical application. They can select concentrations aligned with their areas of interest. Another key phase in 2nd semester is Integration in which the participants will have the opportunity to engage in integrative courses, select either a Start-up or Social Impact Project, and opt for an International Immersion experience.
Step by Step Application process for PGPM programme is as below:
- Applicants must fill out the online application form on the online admission portal between April and September.
- Application processing fee is Rs. 3000.
- *Application fee is subject to revision and is non-refundable.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience at the time of commencement of the programme
- GMAT and CAT scores are accepted. The GMAT Focus Edition exam scores will be accepted for PGPM Batch 23.
- Scores for GMAT taken between September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2026.
- It is mandatory for the applicants to submit the GMAT (Online/Offline/Focus) scores through the GMAC portal for it to be considered for the application. You can use PGPM programme code: 6DQ-MJ-12 or search by name “S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research – Post Graduate Programme in Management” and select the same from the drop-down menu.
- CAT scores for the last three years, i.e. 2023, 2024 and 2025, will be considered. Applicants are required to submit a copy of the score report.
