The SJMSOM IIT Bombay Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme intends to achieve an optimum balance of Knowledge building, Perspective giving and Skill building courses. The Two-year MBA programme is organized into eight terms. In the first year (first four terms), students gain knowledge on all the disciplines of management through 23 rigorous courses. The rigor of the academics in the first year culminates in the Summer Project at the end of the first year of the program. With rolling admissions at SPJIMR, your application will be examined as soon as it is received.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant (full time) work experience as on Program commencement date.
- Valid CAT or GMAT score
- A consistent academic record
- Women can also apply under the "Restart initiative" - for women with a career break of 2 years or more and minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience.

- Call for interviews is sent for shortlisted candidates
- Personal Interview: Each candidate will go through at least two rounds of interviews in addition to the above. The first round of interview is to understand the link between candidates’s chosen area of specialization and their work experience. The second round of interview is to understand the candidate’s overall fit with the PGPM programme and with SPJIMR’s values and culture. The process seeks to delve in to the candidate’s future goals, personality aspects, and communication skills.
