IIM Rohtak One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPx) is designed to provide the candidates with an opportunity to get a formal management qualification of a premier brand in India with state-of-the-art knowledge acquisition. The programme is meant for the working professionals with minimum 3 years of work experience. IIM Rohtak One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPx) is divided into three terms. There are total 29 courses offered in the programme in the 3 terms. Each term consists of 9/10 courses. There are 370 Online class sessions and 75 Online sessions (On campus). The programme also consists of 180 Project work assignments.
There will be total 625 hours of sessions including 12 campus visits with 3 campus visits per term. However, total campus visits are 12 days overall.

Executive Post Graduate Diploma In Sports Management (EPGDSM)
IIM Rohtak has started a specialized program in “Sports Management” for experienced professionals, sports graduates, and sports enthusiasts. This program is for industrious participants interested in working in the sports, entertainment and related industries. While a graduate with 50% marks can apply for the programme, experience in the relevant field is an added advantage to pursue the programme but is not mandatory. On successful completion of the academic requirements of this 2 year programme, the students will be awarded “Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management”. IIM Rohtak alumni status will be awarded to all the students.
Graduates of this program will be equipped to understand the legal, regulatory, operational, financial and branding concepts in the sports industry, nationally and globally. This understanding enables graduates to solve the problems arising in the industry and carve a niche for themselves in this growing sector in India.
Duration of the programme will be two year. This will include total 700 interactive sessions with a mix of Offline Sessions, Online Sessions, Project Work and Industrial Visits.
The successful completion of EPGDSM programme offers opportunity to pursue MSc in Sports Management from Ulster University, UK. The program offers opportunity for National and international level participation from various sports field. The program offers live projects in various sporting events for example BWF Super Series event, AFC Cup, Chennaiyin FC (ISL Football Championship), POKKT, BWF Super Series event and many others
IIM Rohtak admission for Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management (EPGDSM) programme is a three step process as below:

Executive Doctoral Programme in Management
IIM Ranchi offers an Executive Doctoral Programme in Management for experienced professionals who wish to pursue a doctoral degree while continuing their professional commitments. The program is designed to cater to the unique needs and constraints of working executives and provides them with an opportunity to advance their knowledge, skills, and research expertise in the field of management.

The Executive Doctoral Programme in Management requires a minimum of four years for completion and is divided into two phases. In the first phase, executive doctoral scholars must complete six terms of coursework. The first two terms have two compulsory courses each term, that all participants must take, irrespective of their area of specialisation. The third term has two area-depth courses. The fourth term has one area-depth course and one breadth course from other relevant areas. The fifth and sixth terms comprise workshops providing research skill sets and teaching experience.
After completing the coursework, executive doctoral scholars must demonstrate their capability of conducting research by submitting dissertation work. This is followed by a Comprehensive Examination aimed at assessing the knowledge gained in the area of specialisation. In the subsequent years, the students work on their thesis, which is expected to be an original contribution to the specialised area of management. The thesis is evaluated in internal and external thesis defence.

Candidates for the Executive doctoral programme in Management should have minimum of 5 years of work experience by 31st March of the target year of education.
Candidates for the programme must have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE, or any equivalent qualification from recognised foreign universities or institutions.

Fellow Programme in Management
The Fellow Programme in Management (non-residential) is designed to cater to the scholarly needs of working business executives. It prepare executives for careers in management teaching and research, as well as in management practice, consulting and development. Therefore, executives aspiring for the FPM (non-residential) Programme should be willing to devote time and energy that the Programme requires. The Fellow Programme in Management has to be completed within 4 years after the registration, which may be extended up to 7 years maximum (seven years) depending on the merit of the case and favorable review of work progress by the FPM Committee. The FPM Programme consists of two phases. The first phase of the Programme involves course work, followed by a Comprehensive Research Evaluation. The second phase requires scholars to work on their thesis, which involves the preparation of a thesis proposal, writing of the thesis, a final Viva Voce, an examination based on the thesis.
The student is required to take First Year courses of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). These courses are approximately of three months duration. Only after completion of PGDM level course work, can the student start with FPM level course work. Scholars who already hold an MBA degree are exempted from this course work requirement. Fellow-level courses consititute three levels General Core Courses, Area Core Courses and Elective Courses.

Eligibility Criteria for MDI FPM (Non Residential) admission are as below:

Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration)
Each academic year comprises of four terms (of 3-months each), which includes two weeks for examinations (mid-term & end-term).
20 Core courses spread over terms 1 to 6. 14 elective courses spread over terms 4 to 8 followed by mandatory field work/project in term 8 equivalent to two course load.

- The initiative of MDI Gurgaon Merit Scholarship is designed to recognize and reward consistent academic excellence among students enrolled in the PGDM-BA programme.

Class Schedule
- In the initial three terms, the classes are held on four days per week i.e. Thursday to Sunday.
- Term 4 onwards classes are held throughout the week and for an individual the class schedule depends on the electives chosen by him/her.
- Classes are held from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on weekdays, from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on Saturdays, and from 10.00 AM to 05.15 PM, with a lunch break from 1.15 PM to 2.00 PM on Sundays.

SELECTION PROCESS

IIFT offers 18 month part time (Weekend) Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management to prepare a cadre of HR professionals equipped with appropriate values, perspective, and competencies to become efficient trainers and catalysts in developing a culture of excellence in the organization. All sessions for the 18 month programme of Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management (at Delhi) would be on weekends and will be held at IIFT, Delhi in physical mode. Examinations would be conducted on campus. The programme curriculum is divided into four terms. Participants are required to opt 4 Elective Courses in Term IV. The electives must be finalized for Term-IV within the date as prescribed by the Programme Director. Minimum 20 participants are required to form an elective group. During the programme an International Study Tour of one week will be organized.
The programme lays strong Focus on International Human Resources Management with industry focus through course content, pedagogy and industry interactions. Courses on contemporary tools are used in HRM such as Design Thinking, Big Data, People Analytics, creating dashboards. Immersive Language course spread across two trimesters with separate certification is offered. The Capstone Project, Mentorship Program with Industry Experts, International Study Tour are the other key highlights of the programme.
- Application to EPGD-GHRM is through prescribed on-line Application Form.
- Application Fee is of INR 2,000/-for GEN/OBC or INR 1,000/- for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.
- Applicants will have to register themselves at IIFT website: www.iift.ac.in under ‘New Admissions’ and pay registration fees using the link that would appear after registration. Scanned copies of the relevant certificates need to be uploaded while submitting online application.

The Executive Programme is open to all working professionals and self- employed individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Graduation with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) and Postgraduation degree and any professional degree such as HR, law, engineering, architecture, medicine, pharmaceutical, agriculture, horticulture, etc. with Two years of work experience
- 3 years of working experience in management after graduation. Executive level is preferred Only managerial work experience will be considered
- No Objection Certificate (N.O.C) from the employers required at the time of admission only for sponsored candidates
- There is No minimum or maximum age limit for applicants
- Admission to the Executive Programme will be offered by the Institute based on candidates’ fulfillment of eligibility conditions and ability to synchronize programme objectives with personal career goals.

IIFT Need Based Scholarship: Under this Scheme IIFT pays interest subsidy on Educational Loan for 27 months to the MBA (IB) students with family income less than Rs.6 lakhs, from the time the loan in taken from a Bank.
New Scholarship Scheme (NSS): It will cover 10% students with scholarship amounting to 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT. The criteria would be “means-cum-merit” basis with 70% weightage to means, and 30% weightage to merit.
Scholarships to IPM students: The scholarship will be offered after completion of BBA and MBA.
Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. As of now, central scholarships are available for Full-Time students of IIFT through NSP portal like Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education to the SC students; ST students; to students with benchmark disabilities; to OBC students; Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship to the students belonging to minority communities and other scholarships.
Exim Bank Scholarship: Exim Bank offers a scholarship for reserved category (SC/ST) students equivalent to the tuition fees paid in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, subject to a ceiling of Rs.3.5Lakh.
OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.
