IIM Sirmaur Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics is a two year part time programme. It is a Two Years weekend non-residential hybrid mode executive programme equivalent to MBA Degree

The delivery of the programme will be in hybrid mode comprising two in campus modules for which the students shall visit the institute twice a year, and the rest of the programme shall be offered online. The pedagogy employed for executive learning would include case discussions, lectures, group exercises, role plays, management games, simulations, seminars, assignments, project work, audio-visual aids, ICT-based learning methods and, etc.

IIM Sirmaur Executive MBA programme spans two years. The first year focuses on core courses, covering topics like Financial Reporting and Analysis, Marketing Management, and more. In the second year, you have the flexibility to choose elective courses in Semester III, while Semester II revisits core subjects, including Financial Management and Operations Management, providing a well-rounded business management education.

The programme is offered through a hybrid mode with two ‘on-campus’ modules and covers various domains of management through a robust pedagogical approach and helps mid and senior level executive boost their career prospects. Participants of the programme are also expected to develop a deeper understanding of domains such as operations, marketing, finance, strategy, and human resources. The programme's pedagogy for executive learning includes case discussions, lectures, group exercises, role plays, management games, simulations, seminars, assignments, project work, audio-visual aids, and ICT-based learning methods. 

The Executive PhD participants at IIM Sirmaur are expected to complete their thesis in four to six years. In the initial phase, there will be six months of coursework and courses will be offered in the participants’ area of specialization. This will be followed by a Comprehensive Qualifying Examination (CQE). After successfully clearing the CQE, participants will graduate to the research phase of the programme under the supervision of Thesis Advisory Committee (TAC). Doctoral scholars are expected to submit their thesis by the end of fifth year. 

There will be two terms within the six months of coursework. Online classes will be conducted over the weekends. There will be a campus visit scheduled each term for one week for off-line classes and interaction.

IIM Sirmaur offers specialization in Executive PhD programme in the areas of Decision Science, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, Operations, Management, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management, Strategy,  Tourism Management, Public Policy and Sociology. A candidate can apply for maximum two areas of specialization.
 

IIM Sambalpur has well crafted Executive MBA curriculuam which is mostly delivered in online mode. The programme is designed to create solid foundation in fundamentals of business and management with immersive learning experience. The course will be online on every alternate weekend. The live sessions by faculty will facilitate interactive experiential learning among participants. Since classes are conducted on alternate weekends, participants will get sufficient time to apply and relate their academic learning to real-time environment. 

IIM Sambalpur practices a unique pedagogy of flipped Classroom that enable participants to learn-by-practice. The Blended-mode of course-delivery addresses the constraints of working professionals in having to be away from work for extended durations of time, typically necessitated by fully on-campus, residential programs. The program is planned to be offered on high definition, video conference based virtual classroom (VCR) online platform and offline mode i.e., on Campus of IIM Sambalpur.

In the first year of the IIM Sambalpur MBA Executive programme, a participant must undergo 450 hours of instructions on an interactive learning platform. In the second year the Participants are required to complete 240 hours of instructions and the remaining 60 hours of a Project course. Each session will be of 1.5 hours duration.

The Participants will have to undergo all the prescribed courses from the selected areas of specialization, with an option for choosing electives on one’s own preference. Three electives should be chosen from a basket of six courses listed during due course of time. 
 

The PhD Programme at IIM Sambalpur is composed of two phases-Course Work and Thesis Work. The curriculum for Executive part time PhD for each phase is as below: 

• Phase-1: Course Work: The course-work consists of Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme – level courses; General Core Courses; Domain-Specific Courses and Course of Independent Study (CIS). The academic requirements for the successful completion of this component are the same as for the MBA Programme. Considering the schedule of working executives, the program is being planned in a way to maximize the use of digital platforms and minimize the visit frequency. The coursework will be majorly conducted online. Comprehensive Examination will be conducted at the end of the second year to test whether the student has obtained a satisfactory level of comprehension and application of the concepts learned in his/her field of specialization. The Comprehensive Examination will comprise of both written and viva examination.
• Phase-2: Thesis Work: The thesis is the document that forms a major component for fulfilling the criteria for the award of PhD. The thesis work broadly consists of 5 important stages comprising Thesis Work Registration Process; Constitution and Approval of the Thesis Committee; Defense of Thesis Proposal; Thesis Submission and Examination; Pre-thesis Submission Defense

IIM Rohtak One-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPx) is divided into three terms. There are total 29 courses offered in the programme in the 3 terms. Each term consists of 9/10 courses. There are 370 Online class sessions and 75 Online sessions (On campus). The programme also consists of 180 Project work assignments.

There will be total 625 hours of sessions including 12 campus visits with 3 campus visits per term. However, total campus visits are 12 days overall.

The Programme consists of 6 terms spread over a period of 2 years. This will include total 560 interactive sessions with a mix of Offline Sessions, Online Sessions, Project Work and Industrial Visits. Total course duration will be of 900 Hours. There will be six mandatory in-campus modules (Offline Sessions at IIM Rohtak campus). Online Sessions will be scheduled thrice a week on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Tentative)

Visiting faculty from international repute universities like Indian Institute of Sports Medicine, Ulster University (UK), Leeds Becket University (UK), Zurich University (Switzerland), University do Porto (Portugal), British Columbia Institute (Canada), University of Helsinki (Finland) and University of San Francisco (US) among others are also teaching the programme.
Scholarship is available to the selective students who have participated at national and international levels in any sport.

The programme curriculum is offered in a hybrid delivery mode. Broadly it is a blend of online and residential modules. Each term starts with an online module which is organised on weekends only. This enables participants to take care of their professional / work engagements during the weekdays. At the same time, to have a rich and immersive campus life experience, participants come to IIM Ranchi for a residential module towards the end of each term. The hybrid mode reduces travel requirements and study leaves needed from the workplace and helps to sustain real-connect with the campus and among people.

The Executive Doctoral Programme in Management requires a minimum of four years for completion and is divided into two phases. In the first phase, executive doctoral scholars must complete six terms of coursework. The first two terms have two compulsory courses each term, that all participants must take, irrespective of their area of specialisation. The third term has two area-depth courses. The fourth term has one area-depth course and one breadth course from other relevant areas. The fifth and sixth terms comprise workshops providing research skill sets and teaching experience.

After completing the coursework, executive doctoral scholars must demonstrate their capability of conducting research by submitting dissertation work. This is followed by a Comprehensive Examination aimed at assessing the knowledge gained in the area of specialisation. In the subsequent years, the students work on their thesis, which is expected to be an original contribution to the specialised area of management. The thesis is evaluated in internal and external thesis defence.

SIES Mumbai PGDM is a 24-month full time program covered over six trimesters ensuring that the students are thoroughly skilled in at least one functional area while having more than a fundamental working knowledge of another. The PGDM course seeks to enhance the students learning by offering knowledge-building projects in each semester, while fine-tuning their leadership, communication and inter-personal skills.

A 2-week induction course is conducted for all the participants. The objective of this capsule is to ensure that all the students start off at the same level in terms of the minimum knowledge required to grasp the forthcoming lectures.

The program curriculum consists of Leadership development programs, Personality development programs, Entrepreneurial development programs, Foreign language (Business German) as an optional subject, Mandatory annual NGO project aimed at making the students socially sensitive corporate managers.
