PGPWE is a 2-year MBA program where regular live classes are held over electronic mode, and the participants experience in-campus immersion for selected days. It is designed for professionals who wish to revisit an academic environment without taking a career break. MBA WE is designed for professionals who aspire for greater roles in their organisations. MBAWE curriculum is spread over 24 months and is taught in hybrid mode – Online as well as class room sessions. The program offers key specialization areas to choose from. PGDM Online
MDI Gurgaon Post Graduate Diploma in Management Online is a two year non residential programme for working professionals. It is patterned along the same lines as the flagship PGDM programme of MDI Gurgaon. It gives an opportunity for high performers to earn a premium post graduate management qualification from a leading business school. They can earn this prestigious qualification from anywhere in the world without taking a break from their career. Learning will be rigorous and delivered through Online Synchronous Classes, Asynchronous, self-paced learning and Campus immersion.
The first year of the programme will comprise eight modules of six weeks each. Core (compulsory) courses worth 44 credits would be covered in this year. Elective courses are offered in the second year of the programme over three modules of 12 weeks each. The final module is dedicated to an end-of-programme capstone dissertation.
During the second year of study, participants may choose courses from a bouquet of various electives. Fellow Programme in Management
The Fellow Programme in Management (non-residential) is designed to cater to the scholarly needs of working business executives. It prepare executives for careers in management teaching and research, as well as in management practice, consulting and development. Therefore, executives aspiring for the FPM (non-residential) Programme should be willing to devote time and energy that the Programme requires. Classes will normally be held during weekends or in the evening. The course work in first year will be completed in three terms, which are equivalent to approximately nine months.
MDI’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to a PhD degree of an Indian University. - Candidates are required to take Standard Tests like CAT/ GMAT/GRE/ UGC-JRF/GATE and apply through these tests. However, for full-time two-year PGP alumni from MDI, IIMs, XLRI & FMS standard test scores may be waived off.

The Fellow Programme in Management has to be completed within 4 years after the registration, which may be extended up to 7 years maximum (seven years) depending on the merit of the case and favorable review of work progress by the FPM Committee. The FPM Programme consists of two phases. The first phase of the Programme involves course work, followed by a Comprehensive Research Evaluation. The second phase requires scholars to work on their thesis, which involves the preparation of a thesis proposal, writing of the thesis, a final Viva Voce, an examination based on the thesis.
The student is required to take First Year courses of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). These courses are approximately of three months duration. Only after completion of PGDM level course work, can the student start with FPM level course work. Scholars who already hold an MBA degree are exempted from this course work requirement. Fellow-level courses consititute three levels General Core Courses, Area Core Courses and Elective Courses.

Eligibility Criteria for MDI FPM (Non Residential) admission are as below:
- A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division) or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after com-pleting higher secondary schooling (10+2), Or Five year integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division), obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2), Or

Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration)
Each academic year comprises of four terms (of 3-months each), which includes two weeks for examinations (mid-term & end-term).
20 Core courses spread over terms 1 to 6. 14 elective courses spread over terms 4 to 8 followed by mandatory field work/project in term 8 equivalent to two course load.

Class Schedule
- In the initial three terms, the classes are held on four days per week i.e. Thursday to Sunday.
- Term 4 onwards classes are held throughout the week and for an individual the class schedule depends on the electives chosen by him/her.
- Classes are held from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on weekdays, from 6.30 PM to 9.45 PM on Saturdays, and from 10.00 AM to 05.15 PM, with a lunch break from 1.15 PM to 2.00 PM on Sundays.

MBA (Business Analytics) at IIFT is a 2 Year regular management programme. MBA BA at IIFT is a Non Residential programme. It is a six-trimester general management programme with a focus on Business Analytics for developing a competent cadre of business executives to meet the country’s growing requirements for trained personnel in the field of Data Analytics
Analytics and Artificial Intelligence are now widely used in all areas of a business. Numerous sectors have adopted business analytics market software and solutions to analyze and uncover new business possibilities, and design plans based on fresh insights. The two-year MBA (Business Analytics) is a degree programme offered by the Institute, admission to which is made on the basis of a competitive examination. Its focus is to familiarize the students with the increasing role of data and the insight it brings to decision-making at different levels of organizations. IIFT MBA BA programme familiarizes the students with the increasing role of data and insight it brings to decision making at different levels of organizations. It develops right set of management and analytical skill to work in the diverse set of data driven businesses like E-Commerce, banking and financial services, operations, supply chain & logistics and healthcare. MBA in Business Analytics is Two-year regular MBA programme spread across six trimesters with 120 learning credits. It is a completely non-residential programme. The course curriculum will be imparted through a combination of methodologies like case studies, projects, presentation, software skills, programming languages, simulation and games, role play, field visits and industry sessions, foreign language skills. Induction Courses based on soft Skills and Mathematics are also offered in Trimester I. At the end of third trimester and sixth trimester, students will do projects and comprehensive viva will be conducted to judge their learning.
In addition to the Core Courses, the choice of Elective Courses offered to students has also been increased in keeping with the objective of aligning Elective Courses with changing dynamics of the business world and to make the courses more industry relevant. Students are required to opt for 18 Electives, 12 from Analytics group and 6 from Management group. To enhance experiential learning, other key components of IIFT MBA BA programme are Industry Visits, Summer Project (Internship), Research Project, Comprehensive Viva at the end of trimester III and V, SAP (Social Awareness Programme).
The course structure of MBA BA programme is designed in such a manner that role of analytics is emphasized from the very beginning of the programme. MBA (BA) programme is a non-residential programe conducted at Delhi campus.
The eligibility criteria to apply for the programme are:
- A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 5.0 CGPA out of 10. The student should have Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects at Graduation level; OR B.Tech/B.E degree in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 5.0 CGPA out of 10; OR a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 5.0 CGPA out of 10, with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level. The electives must be finalized for Term-IV within the date as prescribed by the Programme Director. Minimum 20 participants are required to form an elective group. During the programme an International Study Tour of one week will be organized.
The programme lays strong Focus on International Human Resources Management with industry focus through course content, pedagogy and industry interactions. Courses on contemporary tools are used in HRM such as Design Thinking, Big Data, People Analytics, creating dashboards. Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.
