IBS Jaipur follows a dynamic curriculum with an effective training methodology in its MBA program. To respond to the challenges of developing leaders capable of making business decisions in a complex global environment. Emphasis is laid on shaping the students’ analytical, technical and functional skills. IBS Jaipur attempts to transform its students into visionary leaders having deep sense of ethics and social responsibility.

Students are exposed to the latest body of knowledge through the contemporary, market-oriented curriculum. Students receive regular classroom instructions, which help them to learn and internalize their understanding of subjects. Learning is based on cases. Most of the courses are thought through real life cases, designed to help students appreciate real life situations. Summer Internship Program (SIP) is an integral part of the curriculum with close supervision from the faculty.

IBS Jaipur MBA program comprises 31 courses (of which 23 are compulsory and 8 are electives) and an intensive Summer Internship Program for 12 weeks. These courses are spread over four semesters. The students can pursue elective courses in the streams of Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations and Information Technology and Systems. Each student must choose elective courses equivalent to 24 credit units. To specialize in a particular stream (Finance/Marketing/HR/Operations/IT and Systems), the students are required to choose 15 credit equivalent elective courses. 

Apeejay School of Management New Delhi PGDM has a comprehensive curriculum design which is updated regularly, by leaders from industry and academia. Assurance of learning is always taken into consideration while designing any curriculum. 

Learning outcomes mentioned in every course are measured using various, globally accepted tools. All curriculum at Apeejay School of management is designed to make students think analytically, identify and solve problems and make decisions- all competencies required to be a successful manager who can manage organizations and businesses both domestically as well as internationally.  More than 150 corporate leaders and executives come and interact with ASM students.

LIBA has regularly remapped it PGDM curriculum reflecting the changing corporate needs. There are cutting edge - Dual specialisations with six options (including Business Analytics in association with TCS).

Students will have to choose six subjects (or electives) from one or more of the following areas of specialization: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Systems, and Business Analytics. Students also have the option to submit a Master’s-level dissertation in a chosen area of specialization, in place of an elective, as a part of the requirement of the Programme, normally in the last term of the second year.  

In LIBA, students do not write exams. There are no mid-term or end term exams. Instead, there is a Formative Assessment in which every session ends with an assessment of learning. At the end of term, there is Summative Assessment in which each student is asked to satisfy examiners with their knowledge of basic concepts and application of the concepts in real time situations. LIBA follows a pedagogic policy of “Singers must be tested on singing, and dancers must be tested on dancing ‘’. If a student’s core competence and skill is in oral communication, he or she is tested predominantly on oral tests. Similarly, every student can choose his/her way by which learning is demonstrated and assessed by examiners. Case study method forms the core of ecosystem of learning and assessment in LIBA.  

SSN School of Management Chennai MBA course curriculum consists of two years spread over four semesters. The first year provides for learning the foundation areas and professional core courses. The second year provides an opportunity for students to do a deep-dive in functional areas of interest by way of specialization and electives. SSN offers four specializations which are ever-green – marketing, finance, operations and human resources. The students are expected to specialize in two areas.

On a selective basis, some courses provide for interaction with practicing managers in the industry. This enables students to connect the dots with the concepts learned in the respective courses. The curriculum also includes Managerial Communications and Seminars which provide an opportunity for students to develop and strengthen the essential skills that play a major role in shaping careers advancements. All this is supplemented by guest lectures by eminent people from the industry which provides an opportunity to students to interact with thought leaders.

Some certificate courses are also offered outside the curriculum to enable students pick up contemporary skills. MBA programme at SSN provides two industry internships. Students do an 8 week internship after the first year in a company. This provides an opportunity to the student to get a real experience of the corporate world, experience the application of concepts and take up the study of a problem. 

The final semester has a three month project-internship which will require the student to carry out an in-depth study with a research orientation. Apart from these, many of the courses have a project component. The students are “industry ready” when they complete the program.

PGDM at NDIM is unique as the students graduate with a 'Dual Specialization' rather than 1 Major and 1 Minor specialization as in most other B-Schools. Students at NDIM Select 2 Major Specializations out of Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Media Marketing & Communication, IT, International Business, Digital Marketing and Business Analytics. Last year, 95+ such opportunities were offered to the NDIM students so that they may learn directly from the top business icons.

SDMIMD PGDM is 2 years full time MBA equivalent, AICTE approved and NBA Accredited, residential program. SDMIMD Mysore Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is the flagship management program offered by Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysore. All the courses in the first year are compulsory core courses. SDMIMD has entered into a major 5-year tie up with TCS iON for academic enhancement. Entire batch of first year students is enrolled every year. 10 courses have been identified which are offered in the first year and early in the second year. TCS iON organizes supplementary lectures on practical relevance, conducts internship during the course program. A Joint certificate is issued by SDMIMD and TCS iON on completion of the orientation. SDMIMD has entered into a collaboration with Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) for setting up a joint Centre of excellence in Management Studies at SDMIMD campus. IFMR GSB Integrated MBA (BBA+MBA) of 5 years duration is a strategically curated programme designed to inculcate attitudes, values, and qualities, develop skills, and build the knowledge foundation for future entrepreneurs and business leaders. 

Students can choose to exit at varied points in their learning journey and gain these degrees. Students can exit after three years with the BBA degree or can exit after four years with a BBA Honours degree; or on completion of five years, get an Integrated MBA degree. 

IFMR GSB Integrated MBA curriculum is distinctive, and requires students to undergo the courses in a certain sequence. The latter courses build on the former and the students ability to comprehend the latter courses depends on the student having successfully completed the former courses. Consequently, our program is unsuitable for transfer from / to other programs
