The PGDM program at ACCMAN Institute of Management is a two-year, full-time, AICTE-approved postgraduate program structured across six trimesters, totalling 120 credits. ACCMAN Institute of Management eligibility criteria requires that candidates have completed 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation. A candidate may be considered eligible for the PGDM course if he/she has cleared the bachelor degree examination from any recognised Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks (for General Category) and a minimum of 45% marks (only for Reserved Category SC/ST) having Indian nationality or as per latest AICTE Guidelines. A candidate can apply to the PGDM course if he/she has appeared in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT exam.

STEP-1: Filling Application Form: Application forms are available on accman.in or offline at campus. Application fee Rs. 1000/-.
STEP-2: Applications’ Screening: Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee based on academic record, entrance scores and work experience (if applicable).
STEP-3: Entrance/Aptitude Test: Applicants must have a valid management entrance test score or take the ACCMAN Aptitude Test (AAT), if required.
STEP-4: Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend a Personal Interview (PI) to assess motivation, suitability and career aspirations.
ACCMAN PGDM Program curriculum is delivered in two distinct phases—foundational and advanced—to ensure a progressive learning journey. The first year (Trimester I–III) comprises 26 core courses (66 credits), covering fundamental subjects such as Management Concepts & Organizational Behaviour, Marketing Management, Information Systems for Business, Design Thinking, Effective Communication, HR Management, Strategic Management, Digital Marketing, and Legal Aspects of Business. Students are also introduced to essential skill-building modules including Corporate Etiquette, Personality Development, and Excel & Presentation Skills. This phase also includes an Immersion Course to ease students into the dynamic management landscape.
ACCMAN PGDM Program second year (Trimester IV–VI) includes 14 advanced courses (42 credits), with a strong emphasis on specializations, industry-oriented projects, and research-driven application. Students select their major specialization from the second trimester and add a minor specialization in the fourth trimester.Specializations span across contemporary domains such as Valuation, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and more.The program includes a mandatory Summer Internship Program (SIP) and culminates in a Capstone Research Project, enabling students to apply their learning to solve real business problems. The PGDMX structure is further enriched by Knowledge Enhancement Courses, certifications, and hands-on learning through live projects, business simulations, industry visits, seminars, and guest lectures by domain experts. These experiential components help bridge the gap between classroom learning and corporate realities. Throughout the program, ACCMAN maintains a strong emphasis on value-based education, responsible leadership, and digital integration, ensuring that students not only excel professionally but also uphold ethical and sustainable business practices. - The candidate is expected to have a strong and consistent academic background. Performance in 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation is considered in the selection process.
- A candidate may be considered eligible for the PGDM course if he/she has cleared the bachelor degree examination from any recognised Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks (for General Category) and a minimum of 45% marks (only for Reserved Category SC/ST) having Indian nationality or as per latest AICTE Guidelines.
- The latest AICTE guidelines will be followed for inviting applications to the course. Students appearing or waiting for final year examinations can apply for the program on the condition of submitting their final mark-sheet by the 30th of October of the year of admission.
- A candidate can apply to the PGDM course if he/she has cleared or appeared for the following competitive exam as per AICTE requirement CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT
- Entrance/Aptitude Test: Applicants must have a valid management entrance test score or take the ACCMAN Aptitude Test (AAT), if required.

2. Academic Background Scholarship
Applicants must have secured at least 70% in their undergraduate degree, as well as a minimum of 70% in both 10th and 12th standard examinations may avail a scholarship benefit of ₹ 30,000.
3. Single Mother Scholarship
Candidates raised by a single mother with 60%+ score in 10th, 12th and graduation may avail a scholarship benefit of ₹50,000.
4. Girl Child / Meritorious Student Scholarships
Additional scholarships may be available for female candidates or applicants with exceptional merit. These awards may provide fee waivers of up to 50%, capped at ₹1,00,000. All scholarship decisions are made at the discretion of the selection committee.
5. CA/CS/CMA
Candidates who clear any examination (CA Foundation or any other level) will be eligible for a scholarship of ₹1,00,000.
6. Work experience (1 year+)
Candidates who have a minimum of one year of work experience may avail a scholarship benefit of ₹50,000.

Scholarships are limited per category and awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Final scholarship decisions are made by the ACCMAN Scholarship Committee.

BITSoM Mumbai MBA Admissions Process
Admissions are based on a comprehensive evaluation of standardised test scores (CAT, GMAT, or GRE – any one is required), academic records, extracurricular and co-curricular achievements, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong communication skills. The school emphasises on building a diverse class across gender, academic backgrounds, work experience, and interests.
Work experience is not mandatory and BITSoM encourages applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. Applicants must hold a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited Indian institution or international university or be in their final year of study.

BITSoM Experiential Learning Initiatives
Live Projects are real-world challenges that students tackle in groups to supplement their BITSoM classroom learning. As part of the BITSoM MBA programme, participants should complete a Social Live Project and two Corporate Live Projects. Each of these Live Projects lasts two months, and you have to work on the project for approximately 40 hours each, alongside academic engagements. These projects are an opportunity to learn and engage with the corporate to become future-ready. For each of these projects, you will work in different teams.

BITSoM London Business School (LBS)
Through a partnership with the London Business School, BITSoM adds ‘global exposure’ as a powerful dimension to its MBA program. This two week program deepen students’ understanding of cross-cultural leadership and expose them to a new wave of entrepreneurial energy. Students will get an opportunity to spend two weeks in London. They will learn from the stellar LBS faculty and explore mindsets and beliefs about cultural intelligence. Running across the program will be the Entrepreneurial Project Lab where students will work in small teams with entrepreneurs and pick up insights from their experience.
