SPJIMR's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential program that is deemed equivalent to an MBA. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Besides, SPJIMR PGDM is Accredited by top three international agencies – AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.
SPJIMR PGDM program offers specializations in Finance, Information Management, Marketing, and Operations & Supply Chain. SPJIMR offers choice of specialization at the application submission stage. While filling the application form, the PGDM aspirants are required to opt for two choices of specialisation from Marketing, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Information Management.
SPJIMR PGDM Fees for 2 years PGDM programme is Rs. 26.50 lakhs. SPJIMR PGDM Placements are strong with high average salary of Rs. 32 lakhs per annum.

Shortlisting Round: SPJIMR follows unique shortlisting process. The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their profiles and they are also expected to meet the qualifying scores in the entrance exam. The profiles are scored and the applicants are sorted into two groups: Profile based and Profile-cum-score based. SPJIMR Mumbai gives higher emphasis on other quality parameters in its admission process than merely on entrance exam scores. The shortlist will be based on Consistency of academic record; Relevance of work experience for the chosen specialization; Versatility and achievements.
Personal Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interviews at different centre in India.
Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of CAT scores, PI, Academic merit, diversity, experience, and other parameters given in the Table below.
SPJIMR PGDM curriculum is designed to prepare socially responsible managers and leaders. The first year of SPJIMR PGDM program commences with the Harvard Business School’s pre-MBA foundation module. The first-year curriculum focuses on core functional and general management courses. In addition, participants begin their experiential learning journey with specially curated Immersive Experiences (Non-classroom learning initiatives) of PGLab, Abhyudaya, ADMAP, DoCC, SOS and Design and Innovation.
SPJIMR curriculum for second year focuses on making the participants ready for their chosen industries and roles. The participants can apply their learnings in the real world through a two-month corporate internship programme. Step 4 – Enter Personal Details & Upload Photograph: On the next page, you need to enter all your personal details like name, date of birth, age, mobile number, address and have to upload the photograph of requisite size.
Step 5 – Enter Academic Details: Now fill in your academic details from class 10 onwards. Keep all the relevant documents like Marks sheet, certificates, degrees etc ready to complete this page.
Step 6 -- Academic Achievements: Enter your academic achievements and awards. You can enter maximum 3 achievements.
Step 7 -- Fill in CAT/GMAT Details: Select the exam you have taken or are taking. If you have the exam score with you should enter it, if not, you will be allowed to update it after the exam.
Step 8 – Enter Your Family Details: Submit your family details including Father’s and Mother’s details, contact details, family annual income
Step 9 -- State Specific Distinctiveness, Medical History: This page is very important as here you need to write the things about yourself. Also, you need to fill in your medical history

- Academic Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks in graduation. Your academic performance from class 10 onwards plays an important role. Students in their final year of graduation can also apply.
- Work Experience Not Mandatory: Work experience is not mandatory. Fresh graduates and those with up to five years of work experience can apply for admission.
- Acceptable Entrance Exams: SPJIMR Mumbai will accept latest CAT exam score and GMAT exam score.

SPJIMR Mumbai Scholarships are offered to support meritorious and financially needy PGDM participants. Each year, the Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF) Scholarship awards ₹5 lakh each to two first-year and two second-year students with family incomes below ₹8 lakh. PGDM Business Management (PGDM-BM)
SPJIMR Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) is a two-year, full-time residential programme with a General Management focus. SPJIMR PGDM BM is an AICTE-approved programme and admits only 120 participants. SPJIMR PGDM (BM) gives its participants the unique flexibility to choose a preferred mix of courses to align with their career goals.
SPJIMR PGDM BM programme offers flexibility to pursue General Management courses in-depth with an option to choose concentration/specialisation and electives of interest at the application stage.
