The curriculum of 18 months Executive MBA programme offered jointly by SJMSoM IIT Bombay and Washington University in St Louis mirrors the content and structure of Washington University’s internationally recognized sister programs in the U.S. and China. Many of the same faculty members teach the courses. 

The classroom modules are held over four days every month, from Thursday morning to Sunday Evening at the IIT Bombay classrooms. Every EMBA participant must record 600 contact hours to get programme graduation. The classes are conducted in English and include Indian and US management perspectives. Two of the 18 programme modules are taught at Olin Business School’s Charles F.Knight Executive Education & Conference Center on the Washington University campus in St. Louis.

The EMBA course curriculum is split between core and advanced functional modules. These allow for refreshers in functional fundamentals, multi-modular or cross functional training, strategic and leadership courses, people management and business communication up skilling, all delivered through a right blend of classroom learning, case analysis, brief papers on specific topics and more significant long-term papers. Participant evaluation is a function of individual and team.
During the two week stay at Washington DC & St.Louis, the candidates will have one to one Executive Coaching session, Industry visits in St. Louis Global Tycoon Championship and will also have opportunity to study with EMBA St Louis or China Cohorts.

TISS MA ODCL program curriculum is spread over 2 years. TISS MA ODCL programme transforms students, both personally and professionally. Students gain a deeper understanding of themselves and behavioural sciences, organisation strategy, operations and the interplay of systems and people processes. The learning methods in the programme include lectures, case discussions, simulations, role-plays, fieldwork, internships, service learning, and facilitated human interaction processes. TISS MA HRM and LR program curriculum is spread over 2 years. Master of Arts Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) programme at TISS Mumbai places importance on both theoretical and hands-on learning. While classroom learning through participation in the forms of discussions and case studies, presentations, simulation games, assignments, etc., emphasises conceptual clarity, practical inputs are provided through the rigorous fieldwork system, which complements the classroom inputs by throwing light on the practical dimension of the profession.

The XIM University MBA-SM curriculum carries 106 credits: 66 core credits, 33 elective credits, 3 credits for the Sustainability Discovery Program and 4 credits for an Independent Research Project or Capstone Project. The first year combines sustainability domain courses with general management, and the second year is for specialisation.

IIM Shillong PGP curriculum make you dive into a challenging, rigorous and holistic program that chisels you in time-tested management principles as well as current best practices. The PGP program blends core courses and elective courses spread over six terms in two years with a two -month internship at the end of year one. 

Choice of specialization is offered in second year. You can choose the subject of your choice with a Course of independent Study. A general management perspective with the Capstone courses is offered to enable you to lead an economically and ecologically sustainable world.

To further enrich the experience of the participants, the curriculum is supplemented by visits to foreign universities with a view to enabling understanding of business management from different cultural perspectives. Visits to industries in those countries are also a part of the Programme. The International Immersion is optional module.

The evolving, interdisciplinary curriculum at IIM Shillong is delivered in a collaborative learning setting to offer a holistic development towards active experiential learning and participant oriented case methodology. Students will engage with the industry and academia as well as the local community as facilitators and catalysts of change. IIM Shillong12 month PGPEX curriculum comprises of diverse modules including Foundation, Functional, Language, Electives (Specialization), Integrative courses, International Immersion Module, Work shop and Innovative Camp. 

While the program participants have to visit a foreign land for in-company projects, visit a partner institution with similar program objectives, and earn credits as part of the global curriculum, the Innovative Camp will cover  Entrepreneurship, 
Management Consultancy,  Identifying New Business Models/Plans. 

The international module of the program in the past has been facilitated by inputs and knowledge sharing by faculty from Fudan University, China; Ocean University, China; University of Newcastle, Australia; EM Lyon Business School, France; IE Business School, Spain. The program participants in the past have spent substantial time understanding the distinctiveness of innovations, business practices, and management styles in China. In 2023, the batch visited Barcelona, Spain, attended classes at EADA Business School, and completed five courses. They also visited multiple industries, undertook live projects in four reputed European companies, and presented business solutions to CXOs.”
