IMI Delhi PGDM HRM admission can be divided into following stages: 

  • The candidates seeking admission to IMI Delhi PGDM HRM programme must appear in CAT 2025 or XAT 2026 entrance exams.

  • Then, candidate should apply separately for IMI Delhi admissions. IMI Delhi application process is open. Apply now.  IMI Delhi last date to apply is January 23, 2026.
  • Shortlisting of candidates for the Personal Interview process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the IMI application form and their CAT/XAT exam scores.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for
  • The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of MBA exam scores, Personal Interview, Work experience, and diversity parameters as per weightages given in the table below. 
Curriculum

IMI PGDM HRM program is of two years duration and follows a trimester system. Apart from the six trimesters, IMI PGDM HRM students undertake a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year.

IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is designed with a holistic approach to Human Resource Management. IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is distributed among several compulsory and elective courses, and the mandatory Summer Internship Program. The first year covers compulsory courses which cover basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Besides these, IMI PGDM HRM curriculum also includes courses like Economics, Quantitative methods and Information Technology. The focus of IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is not only on developing a manager with strong Human Resource Management skills but also to provide a balanced professional based on industry requirements.

A compulsory NGO internship during the second year is also part of the IMI New Delhi HRM program structure. This is a four-week internship which enables students to become aware of the social and economic challenges faced by the deprived sections of the society. On completion of the first year, all students of IMI Delhi HRM program are required to undertake Summer Internship Program of 8 to 10 weeks duration.

Step 5 - Fill Academic Qualifications: On this page you need to fill your educational qualifications from class 10 onwards and entrance exam details like CAT and XAT. 

Step 6 - Fill Work Experience: On this page you should fill in your full time work experience earned after graduation.

IMI Delhi PGDM HRM Admission eligibility criteria requirements are:

  • Applicant must hold a minimum 3 years’ bachelor's degree recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
  • Apart from a recognized graduate degree, another key point in IMI Delhi eligibility criteria is that the candidate should appear in CAT/XAT or GMAT (Taken during last three years) and must score the required cut off
  • Candidates with Foreign Nationality are also eligible, based on their GMAT scores, provided the score is not more than three years old.

During IMI Delhi Selection Process, applicants are evaluated based on valid CAT/ XAT/GMAT scores, past academic performance, work experience and performance in the Video Assessment and personal interview. The selection process builds in a criterion that facilitates evaluating each applicant on:

A) Academic Abilities: Candidates with consistent academic background

B) Standardized Test Scores: Valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are taken into consideration in the overall assessment

C) Video Interview and Personal Interview: The video Assessment before the final PI will test a candidate for their thought process and communication skills. Thereafter, shortlisted candidates from this round will go to the final PI process which aims to determine the suitability of the candidate for the programme. During the interview round, candidates are assessed on a number of parameters including general and business awareness, clarity of goals, attitude, people skills, communication skills, personal and extra-curricular/professional initiatives, etc.

Curriculum

IMI Delhi PGDM Banking & Financial Services curriculum is spread over six trimesters and the programme structure comprises both compulsory as well as elective courses. Compulsory courses include basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations and also courses covering Banking & Financial Services. Electives focused purely on Banking & Financial Services are offered in the second year. Besides, it also includes courses like Economics, Statistics and Information Technology. The elective courses provide more focused specialization within the Banking & Financial Services domain. 

IMI PGDM BFS pedagogy is a combination of lectures, case discussions, presentations, assignments and project work. The primary emphasis is on interactive and participative methods of learning. Curriculum

The 2 year full time PGP at IIM Kozhikode has six-terms spread over two years. The first-year courses (term I to III) are aimed at building the foundations of the PGP. All students are required to complete all the first-year courses successfully.  These courses are designed to provide the basic conceptual knowledge and analytical tools in different disciplines and functional areas of management.  the first-year curriculum also consists of courses that aim at inculcating a sense of ethical consciousness and social responsibility. The first-year core curriculum is compulsory. The list of various courses includes Organization and Market Economics, Organization Behaviour, Financial Accounting, Data Analysis, Business Communication, Marketing Management, Financial Markets and Instruments, Economic Environment, Accounting, Human Resources, Information system, Sustainability & Business.

IIM Kozhikode admission process begins after release of CAT exam result. The admission process is as below:

  • All candidates who have opted for IIM Kozhikode in their CAT applications and are fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria would receive an email for online registration for admissions to IIM Kozhikode. 
    Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode are considered for Stage 2 of Shortlisting.
  • A shortlist of candidates in each category would be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in CAT, academic performance in Class X & XII, work experience and gender/academic diversity.
  • The short-listed candidates will be asked to appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). 
    After the conclusion of the PI and WAT process, a category-wise merit list would be prepared based on the candidates' performance in CAT, PI, WAT and resume.
  • Admission offers would be made to the candidates following the merit list as per the Government of India reservation norms in April/May

IIM Bangalore Admission Eligibility Criteria: IIM Bangalore eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST/PwD category, the eligibility criterion is relaxed to 45%). A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results is also eligible to apply for IIMB Admission 2025.

IIM Bangalore Selection Process: IIM Bangalore selection process is based on their past academic performance, their CAT score, performance in the admission interview and prior work experience. Following are the key steps in the IIM Bangalore Admission process:
•IIM Bangalore will short-list candidates for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT-2024 score, who have excellent academics, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme of IIM Bangalore

  • The emphasis in shortlisting process at IIM Bangalore is on consistent and high performance in academics and other parameters. IIM Bangalore will identify many candidates for shortlisting for the PI round with an excellent academic record and work experience but who may have narrowly missed the high score that would have been required if CAT alone was the basis for the PI shortlist. Such candidates will be preferred in the shortlisting process as against those who have only a high CAT score but have poor academic profile and poor quality of work experience.  .
  • IIM Bangalore will conduct WAT & PI round. After the PI-WAT, admission offers are made by IIM Bangalore to successful candidates. Curriculum

IIM Bangalore MBA curricula, innovative teaching methods, exposure to industry-best practices and experiential learning emphasize the distinctive challenges of managing in the global context. Various clubs, social projects, action-oriented courses, contemporary studies and student self-governance initiatives help develop critical thinking and leadership skills.
IIMB MBA programme offers Core and Elective courses. The Core courses are compulsory courses offered in the first year. Elective courses are offered in the third term of the first year and all terms of the second year, where students get the opportunity to choose from a basket of multidisciplinary courses. IIMB courses are delivered through a combination of lectures, classroom discussions, industry interactions, case analyses, individual and group projects, term papers, role plays, dissertations, simulations, business games, films, and various experiential learning methods. During the first year, a PGP student is required to undertake sixteen core courses and two electives (totalling 49.5 credits). The first year consists of three terms. 
Summer internship is scheduled between the end of first year and the beginning of second year. Internship is optional for students who have at least 34 months of work experience prior to enrolling for the programme.

A PGP student should earn a minimum of 45 credits and a maximum of 51 credits in elective courses over three terms in the second year. The electives cover a wide array of topics including Social Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure Development, PPPs and Regulation, Business Analytics and Intelligence, Spreadsheet Model-Business Decision, Current Economic Scenario; Indian Economy and Policy Matters for Business, Global Securities Markets, Corporate Governance: Indian and International Perspectives, Corporate Valuation, Digital Marketing, Research for Marketing Decisions, Brand Management, Entrepreneurship in Action, Personal Values, Goals and Career Options, Creating High Performance Organizations, Supply Chain Management, Technology and Operations Strategy, Green Business Management, Strategic Thinking and Decision Making

Apart from electives on functional areas, IIMB also offers different types of courses such as language courses (German, French, Spanish and Japanese), courses with international immersion (like Business Planning in International Markets, Developing Technology Partnerships between Firms in India and Israel), and experiential courses (like the Himalayan Mountain Challenge and Motorcycle Immersion in Local Entrepreneurial Settings), based on the interest of students.
