IMI PGDM HRM program is of two years duration and follows a trimester system. Apart from the six trimesters, IMI PGDM HRM students undertake a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year.
IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is designed with a holistic approach to Human Resource Management. IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is distributed among several compulsory and elective courses, and the mandatory Summer Internship Program. The first year covers compulsory courses which cover basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. A compulsory NGO internship during the second year is also part of the IMI New Delhi HRM program structure. Step 4 - Fill Contact Details: On this page you need to fill your email id, mobile number permanent and correspondence address. Your e-mail id and mobile number should remain valid through the admission process
Step 5 - Fill Academic Qualifications: On this page you need to fill your educational qualifications from class 10 onwards and entrance exam details like CAT and XAT.
Step 6 - Fill Work Experience: On this page you should fill in your full time work experience earned after graduation.
Step 7 - Make Declaration: You need to fill Applicant name and date and click on the declaration. Without this the form will not be submitted
Step 8 - Make Payment: You need to make payment of IMI application fees for applying to IMI Delhi. Once the fees are submitted, your IMI Delhi Application process is complete. IMI Application fees are Rs. 2250 for an applicant applying to any one of the two-Year Program(s) of IMI Delhi or IMI Delhi and IMI Kolkata and/or IMI Bhubaneswar.
IMI Delhi PGDM HRM Admission eligibility criteria requirements are:
- Applicant must hold a minimum 3 years’ bachelor's degree recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
- A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
- Apart from a recognized graduate degree, another key point in IMI Delhi eligibility criteria is that the candidate should appear in CAT/XAT or GMAT (Taken during last three years) and must score the required cut off
- Candidates with Foreign Nationality are also eligible, based on their GMAT scores, provided the score is not more than three years old.

Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM)
IIM Kozhikode Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM), is a two-year full-time Masters level program designed to integrate and equip participants to pursue careers in managerial roles in marketing, human resource management, media, social enterprise, hospitality, healthcare or in other people facing roles. These are the roles that require a holistic perspective and ‘Diversity of thoughts’ which PGP-LSM aims to develop.
PGP-LSM is a unique offering, with the primary objective to prepare future managers by enabling them to acquire emotional, cultural, and creative intelligence.
IIM Kozhikode adopts a three-stage selection process for the admissions to PGP-LSM- Stage-I (Online application); Stage-II (Shortlisting of the candidates); Stage-III (Personal Interview) as below:
Step 1: Registration of candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria
All candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to register online for the PGP-LSM programme of IIM Kozhikode. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode PGP-LSM programme are considered for Stage 2.
Step 2: In Stage 2, a shortlist of candidates in each reservation category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the percentile score in aptitude test (CAT/GMAT/GRE), academic performance, work experience, academic diversity score and gender diversity score. The shortlisting process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process. A shortlist of candidates in each category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS).
Step-3: All the shortlisted candidates are required to participate in personal interview. Based on the performance in PI round, academics, entrance exam and other parameters, final merit list will be generated for final selection.
IIM Kozhikode PGP LSM program is a unique offering, with the primary objective to prepare future managers by enabling them to acquire emotional, cultural, and creative intelligence. The PGP-LSM is a two-year (six term) full time programme that provides in-depth coverage in terms of lessons from liberal studies and core management principles in the first year followed by advanced courses and electives in the second year.

Master’s thesis in term VI (second year) is another unique feature of the course. IIM Kozhikode will also provide assistance for internship and final placements. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics
The Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) at IIM Calcutta is a two year full time residential diploma program aimed at creating business analytics professionals employable by leading Indian and foreign firms. The PGDBA is jointly offered by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and ISI. PGDBA aims to help shape the emerging profession of business analytics by delivering a cutting edge inter disciplinary educational experience to graduate applicants with an aspiration of building a career in this field.
This programme is designed for those who have an analytical mindset, are interested in tackling challenging business problems, and possess an inclination towards mathematics. Some of the salient features of the programme include courses taught by reputed faculty members at the campuses of three globally renowned institutes, hands- on business analytics training at a related company, continuous interaction with industry leaders throughout the course of the diploma programme, and the availability of placement opportunities at all the three institutes jointly offering this programme.

IIM Calcutta PGDBA Students will visit the three institutions – ISI, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta. Each of the three institutes will focus on a separate area of business analytics, in accordance with its expertise and competence. While coursework at IIM Calcutta will focus on the application of analytics in functional areas, ISI will bring to the table its expertise in statistical and machine learning theories for analytics, and faculty at IIT Kharagpur will engage with the technology aspects of analytics. In addition, the students will be required to do an internship of six months duration on an analytics project in a business organization. The programme being residential, each institute will make suitable arrangements for hostel accommodation for the students.
Students successfully graduating from the programme will be able to join organizations working in the area of analytics. Those interested in higher studies may pursue doctoral or other advanced studies in areas related to analytics.
